Purchased my car from Ancaster Penge two years ago..Staff professional and polite. Visited last Friday to service my car. The staff behind the service desk was very helpful,polite,friendly and professional 👏 that's what good customer service is all about.

Excellent service from Charles and the team here. There was an third party issue with my service booking that meant they were unaware of it. But despite this they were still able to fit me in and get the car through in a quick time. They even cleaned it!

Easy online service booking and confirmation by text to remind me. I turned up and Charles (extremely helpful and friendly) told me they were running late due to a few technicians being ill, set me up with a desk with power, WiFi and water/coffee so that I could work with my laptop, and returned the car clean and not that late at all. Charles went through the service findings, and handed the keys back after asking if I was happy. Excellent experience, and in fact shames that of the 'prestige' brand dealership I used to use for another car. Thanks, and see you next year.

I would have liked to have given 5 stars but after watching the video that was sent to me I felt 5 stars does not justify it.
Josh who recorded and spoke on the video spoke so fast that I could not understand what he was saying, he scanned my car so fast that I couldn't work out which parts would need extra attention.
However, prior to getting this video. I spoke to Kevin who resolved other issues that I had in a professional manner.
I spoke with Junior who collected and delivered my car and was so very pleasant.
