We had an issue with the soft top and driver's seat of an Aston Martin Vantage not functioning correctly. Aston Service London were very helpful and efficient and the technician persevered to resolve the issue by reprogramming several times until it was functioning correctly. I would like to thank him for the excellent service, which is something that isn't found everywhere nowadays.

I had nothing but problems with my V8 Vantage from the day I purchased it. It never ran well under my pervious dealership. Since changing to Aston Service London, my car runs like a dream. They have sorted niggling and recurrent issues, always trying their best offering options and solutions. They have been accommodating and at times worked on my car at very short notice. Fantastic service, very knowledgable and an honest view on what is needed for the car. Fixed an issue with my V8 Vantage, will definitely be coming back for its annual service when it’s due!

I have a 2006 Vanquish S which was showing an engine management warning light. This was found to have been caused by damage to the wiring loom behind the engine from "a" chomping mouse who had decided that copper wiring was nutritious. Initially I was expecting to have to have the engine out to effect a repair but Peter found a way of repairing the damaged wires without having to do so, which has thankfully saved me £'000s, The fact that the job was done with great service and communication with me was an added bonus. A great experience using these guys who really know their way around these cars. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent. Owning a high mileage, well-used Aston Martin V8 Vantage since new, have been trying to find a quality independent for a while. Having now used Aston Service London on a number of occasions, have found them to be friendly, professional and proficient- and most importantly to me, I think they are a company I feel I can trust.
Good customer service and what I really appreciated is that rather than simply telling me that I need a new part (which is what I have encountered with the main dealers and some other independents), they really seem to try to explore alternative and more cost effective solutions, really making use of their expert knowledge of how these cars work.

Its hard to describe how different the service experience is as opposed to the dealer who sold and previously maintained the car. I contacted Aston Service London in desperation after 3 Aston Martin Dealers showed a complete indifference to my plight, involving a CEO who expected to drive away from Gatwick airport the next evening in his car. In the space of 24 hrs , the vehicle was collected from the City of London , a fault which had led to the fitting of three batteries in three years was identified and rectified and the car was delivered to Gatwick in time for the arrival of the client.
Any PA in Central London should have their number on speed dial.
