Having had a very good expereince purchasing a Macan from here I found that there was an issue with the lane assist. My fears that it woud be a battle to get fixed were completely unfounded, as they authorised me to take it to my local Porsche Main dealer and paid the full bill to have the issue rectified. How nice to find that there are still genuine car traders. I would highly recommend them. David

Excellent service. M The manager was very helpful. The price I bought the car was amazing and I am really happy with it, it has been 2 weeks since I bought it. Definitely recommend this trader. This is the first used car dealer I've ever dealt with. Great and friendly service and they priced my car very competitively. There was a slight issue that cropped up with the vehicle shortly after purchase and they paid for the repairs in full. Can't fault them and highly recommend.

Not one for writing reviews but these guys deserve one! In fact they got two from me. One for the Initial call and chat and one for the sale. From the first call to M the owner, to him sending me the details ( even photos of highlighting and the cosmetic imperfection as he knew I had OCD with marks on paint work and leather) I visited to look at the car.... no pressure for the M, said to me have a think about it and if it’s the right car give me a call tomorrow. Well that evening we agreed a price and I paid the deposit with Dylan the next day who was also so professional. Sorted my car tax and warranty on the morning of collection. It’s so refreshing to find a dealer that is not pressuring you, knowledgeable and professional. I genuinely feel M and his team have been transparent and everything we discussed was genuine, M and his team focus on customer service and satisfaction first and then look to find you the car that you will be happy with. Without a doubt this will be my first stop when I ready to move on from the 7 series M sport. All the best for the future for M and his team.

Had a great experience with automotive direct. Found the car i wanted on their website and got a quote for finance. Was called buy a member of the sales department who helped me through the rest of the process. Paid the deposit to secure the vehicle and then once the finance was sorted was called to arrange delivery of the vehicle. All in all it took less than a week which i think is very quick. Guy who delivered my vehicle was lovely and very nice! He pointed out any marks on the car and let me look all over to make sure i was satisfied before i signed for it and he left. Car has been amazing since and i have had no problems with it. Really recommend it.

Great place to view/test/buy high end vehicles. the showroom is well laid out with a great selection of cars to see. Lots of staff who are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Having previously purchased numerous used cars I can say without any doubt that Automotive direct ltd were a breath of fresh air who made our used car purchase an easy, professional, relaxed and all round enjoyable experience from start to finish. I saw an ad for a car on autotrader, I called Automotive Direct to enquire if they still had it and they did. I came the same day to view the car, I was approached by a salesman, who was brilliant and showed me all parts of the car, and explained all Specs. I went for a test drive and loved the drive on the car. After some thought, I spoke to the Director who was nothing but happy to assist and eventually settled a good price for the car if we were to drive away today. To complete the sale, 2 salesman, one was new and they were both were incredible and ensured the sale went through efficiently going through all steps one by one. I couldn’t recommend the staff any more. I will definitely be going back there in the future! One thing I was really happy with was the fact that they weren’t pushy at all in closing the sale, highly recommended!

This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged. From the initial presentation of the vehicle on their website, the most magnificent images I have ever seen, others should learn! 1st phone conversation with Andy last Wednesday morning everything he said he would do, he did. I am very impressed with the level of service I received at automotive direct in Palmers green. I bought an Audi A3 from them in April and I have had no issues with it at all since then. When we first got the car there was an issue with the window screen washers but they sorted it out there and then. The car was fully valeted and in excellent condition. I would fully recommend.

Was suggested to come here by a friend who had a great experience previously. The guys here are great and really know their stuff. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted when I got there but they were so patient throughout and encouraged me not to rush my decision. I bought a mercede benz here 3 month ago. It was category N but i found no issues so far. Even the servicing says the car is in a good condition. It is my first car, the owner helped me finished the procedures for road tax, insurance etc. I am happy to have bought my car here so far!

Bought a Mercedes Eclass from automotive direct ltd great car great service and a professional team could not have been happier, then a week later had a family illness and lots of hospital appointments so the Eclass 2dr coupe became impossible for family member to get in and out of. Decided to ring automotive on the off chance they could help but wasn't expecting too much if I'm honest, how wrong I was they surpassed all my expectations, the owner sourced me another car ( 4 dr ) sorted all paperwork for me and made a stressful time a lot less stressful, so if your looking for a descent car at descent prices with a dealership that cares then I suggest don't go anywhere else but Automotive direct ltd. On my test drive I was given adequate time to make my decision after feeling how the car drives, which i went ahead and purchased.
