Ask for Moe Lahar! I am lost for words with the outstanding service provided. I have purchased a large quantity of new vehicles and I have never experienced such thorough, friendly yet professional service from a car garage. Moe kept in touch on a daily basis with updates, videos and always made sure I was happy. Martin the sales manager was such a friendly bloke who provided great service. Jaafar provided a great non rushed hand over. If you want luxury come to this garage!

This relates to the BMWParkLane service centre in Battersea. Yesterday we had a flat tyre, just as we were setting off on a journey to Gloucestershire. RoadsideAssist could not send anyone. We managed to reinflate it, and they suggested getting to the Battersea BMW service centre. Indeed, they emailed ahead, so we were expected. The place was busy, but my, what excellent service! New tyre, free car wash, very plush surroundings to wait in. Special thanks to Linda Hegarty. All the staff we encountered were friendly and competent. We were impressed, and grateful. BMW 430i from Park lane Everything worked smoothly when I dealt with BMW Park Lane this August. My 430i was priced competitively, and ‘Kosh’ (Used Car Sales) looked after me well. We discussed the details on the phone and the paperwork was done on-line & digitally (modern paperless World we live in now!). With sales completed, the arrangements were made for vehicle hand-over (which I elected to pick up instead of delivery to my home option). I arrived at BMW London and was greeted by ‘Mon’ who handed over the vehicle to me (no need to explain how things work because you can download the owner’s manual digitally, when you know the VIN number which is on the invoice). I’ve been driving BMWs since 2005, so familiar with the vehicle controls. My drive back was a cool 135 miles of London city traffic heading west towards the M4, followed by motorway and dual carriageway journey home (on a Friday afternoon!). So, BMW 430i had a good test drive which didn’t disappoint. In fact, I am very pleased with my new car and service I received. A big thank you to BMW Park Lane.

Recently picked up a X2 from BMW Park Lane and the whole experience from initial enquiry to taking delivery of the car was absolutely brilliant. Huge thank you to Korab and Mark for sorting out a really good offer and an extremely smooth and seamless admin process doing all the paperwork online. I was really sceptical about buying a car online without test driving it or even seeing it in person due to all the Covid restrictions at the time, but they made the transaction really easy. Abby S was my service consultant and she delivered a fantastic customer service experience. For example, she submitted to management my request for complimentary pick-up and delivery of my car in connection with an EGR recall which was much appreciated. Further, in the most recent service she managed to waive a fee to bring my service cost in line with an offer I saw on the BMW website so that I did not feel unfairly prejudiced when I noticed that the online price was discounted compared to what had originally been quoted. I am grateful for Abby S's proactive responsiveness to customer needs and commitment to top customer service. This enhances BMW's superior brand image in my eyes and is a reason why BMW is at the front of my mind whenever I choose to upgrade my vehicle.

Top marks for my experience with Kunal Jarodia. Went in to Park Lane BMW on a whim when returning from work as I was in the market for a BMW M2. I've had quite poor experiences from BMW dealers in the past, snobbish or dismissive service is a theme, but Kunal was excellent. He spent more time than he probably should have with me discussing options, finance and taking various cars out on test drives. I ended up getting a stunning M2 in Long Beach Blue and couldn't be happier. Honestly I can't recommend him highly enough, compared to any other car buying experience I've had in the last 14 years he was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Good job Kunal and Park Lane BMW.

Similjit Nijjar & her manager Mark Moores have integrity, credibility are trustworthy & very professional!! When another BMW dealer let me down at the last minute by not securing me the car they promised, despite me paying a deposit, Simi & Mark honoured the deal that was promised to me. They were both trustworthy & kept to their word to get me my car for Sept. Simi made sure I was happy with the car before asking me for a deposit to secure the deal. Another BMW dealership, asked me for a deposit before even looking for a car for me, he said " why should I do all the work for you before hand, pay the deposit first and then I'll look for a car "!!!! This is shocking! Park Lane are not like that. They are very professional. Simi also made time after to call me in, & take me through the technical specifications of the car. She gave up her time for me, she was most kind, caring , friendly, approachable with very good interpersonal skills. If it hadn't been for Mark Moores, who honoured what the other dealer promised me, I wouldn't have got the deal. Mark is very modest and a gentleman! He asked me to give Simi all the credit. He is a very kind & considerate. I'd recommend park Lane if you're considering buying a BMW, to go to Park Lane first. Secondly look at the Google reviews. Park Lane has a higher review than most other BMW dealerships. The other dealerships need to learn customer relationships, integrity and professionalism from Park Lane.

I recently picked up my new BMW X5 from Park Lane, I love my new car, first X5 I have brought from new and really pleased with it. The purchase was made really easy through Hussein Qureshi who was brilliant throughout, I was a bit of a tricky customer putting him and Mark through their paces and making sure I got the best deal which they have done for me, Hussien was keeping me regularly updated with the delivery date on my car and even got it in a few days early for me as I wanted to go away for the weekend. On picking up the car Sam took over and was excellent in getting me to the car and running me through setting up my phone and new settings on the car, really made it enjoyable and easy picking up the car. I have been trying for a year (!) through all local dealers to arrange any test drive of my preferred car model. No luck, too rare for them to stock. One visit to Park Lane (walk-in, not even booked appointment), and Alex arranges 48 hours test drive of our dream BMW on the spot. You should have seen a smile on my face... 2. We have requested multiple changes to the originally agreed configuration and the finance details, and every time Alex was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, doing everything in his power and then some more. Even if he knew the answer is "no", he would take a genuine effort to change it to "yes" for us. The deal we've got was very sweet too. 3. Call me intuitive, but I think we were not the only customers BMW Park Lane had last autumn. Yet, somehow Alex made us feel that we are the most important ones! Same as other reviews, I have to admit that, yes, my emails were ignored just after I made my deposit. I actually had to call and email few times to get an update on my order progress. Finally, Spoke to Mark who did help me with the next steps until collection day. Before collection, Sam contacted me to go through the different arrangements and to be honest, he exceeded all expectations. Sam was genuinely friendly, assuring and extremely helpful. My experience during my collection wiped out all the negativity from before. Sam also exchanged his mobile number just in case i needed something, which I did and yet again he was there with all the help he could offer. Really an asset to the company.

Excellent service from Park Lane Parts. I was looking for a snap in cradle for a used Series 2 I have just bought. Andy gave impartial advice and recommended an alternative BMW cable which, although cheaper, does the same job and might be transferrable if I upgrade my phone. His recommendation worked and I can now charge the phone in the car. This was not possible previously using the USB port and/ or without a snap in cradle.

Myself and my husband have owned several BMWs over the last 17 years purchasing our cars from our usual dealership (a BMW franchise), who were always very helpful at finding the right car at the right price. Mid December 2019, we decided to update our current car so headed off to our usual showroom but unfortunately they were unable to find a car with the specification and budget that we had in mind. A friend suggested that we should pop to BMW Park Lane, Mayfair, as they usually hold higher volumes of stock than anywhere else. We were soon introduced the Ed Howes (sales executive), who chatted away discreetly getting to know us and putting us both at ease. Within minutes, we were sitting down in a private booth talking business with Ed who was paying careful attention to our requirements. Within less than an hour, he had found a car, within budget and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision there and then but of course we did. After completing the paperwork, Ed said that he could have the car ready for the following week. Now that’s service! Picking up the car was a real joy. Everything was well explained and the handover was seamless. We were so impressed by the "five star" treatment we received from Ed who was always extremely pleasant and highly experienced – what a delightful young man. Fantastic service from BMW Park Lane Flagship centre. I had contacted BMW 2 weeks ago as I was looking for a used a used BMW 320d and my cousin (Bellal) who works at the flagship centre helped me source the correct car as he has a decade of knowledge and experience as he has been with BMW all his days. Once I had reserved my car online he has assigned my details etc with a used car sales executive (Korab) who took things from there and made sure all the relevant paperwork was in place to me collecting the car on 24th Jul 2020. Last week i paid a visit to the BMW Park Lane to find out more about BMW in general. I was running late due to traffic but at no point I was penalised for this with a cancelled appointment and I was still able to meet Alex King, a sales associate. Alex had asked me all the relevant questions prior to our meeting and he had allowed enough time to go through everything with me, including a test drive. Their showroom is stylish, clean and glamours and there is a good feeling as soon as you step in, which you wouldn’t expect any less from BMW anyway but it did confirm my thoughts. Alex took the time to explain to me in details everything I needed to know, from car specs to finance option, from looking at different interiors by sitting in different car styles and models (and comparing them) to the test drive. We called into the dealership last Saturday at about 3.30 needing to buy a vehicle that day. We were met by Kosh, a member of the used car sales team who was happy to show us the three vehicles we were interested in looking at. Whilst in Park Lane's offsite storage facility Kosh went out of his way to demonstrate all the features of the vehicles and to talk through all the fitted options. This whole process was very relaxed, no pushy sales techniques used. Having viewed the vehicles and selecting the one we liked, we went back to the dealership to complete the paperwork and make payment. To further enhance the process we received an email a few days prior to delivery with a video attached of our vehicle having been fully prepared for delivery. What a great idea keeping your customer engaged ! So today our vehicle was delivered to us in West Oxfordshire by Park Lane's outsource delivery service. This again was an excellent experience. An odd dealership. I had my eye on an individual approved used car for sale at this dealership. The car is photographed and properly advertised. I enquired about the car and they told me it is a Bmw Uk car and is not at the dealership, but infact at a Bmw compound 180 miles away, even though on the website it says it is located at Bmw Park Lane. The car would only be transported to the dealership if you buy it ? Which would mean I would have to travel 200 miles to the park lane dealership for them to transport the car in question 180 miles to park lane and for me drive it 200 miles home near where the car is originally located. It doesn’t make sense to me. Not very responsive to emails either, which I presume is because they are busy. Ensure you check with the dealership that the car is located on sight as they do not stock approved used cars at the dealership.

what a breath of fresh air. OK i could be a bit biased cause it was a free vehicle recall ( to fix a battery strap) but i didn't expect the free car wash and vac.
