Found the garage through an Auto trader ad, the service was really good and professional. I was able to arrange a viewing for the car the same day I called. When I arrived the first impressions were great, very clean showroom with a big selection of cars. I spoke to Sam who facilitated the entire process from all of the paper work down to arranging the drive away insurance too. I was given a guarantee even though the car was in good condition and I was reassured that I could bring the car back if I had any concerns. Wow, what a wonderful experience. Bought a car from Capital Car, test drove and had no issues. Got the car home and noticed a few non blatant issues. Called them up and they sorted every issue I had with no fuss. They have their own in house workshop, so their warrentee is guaranteed, which is magic. Bought a 1.6 Astra GTC, and our advisor, Sam, made it an extremely easy decision to purchase! Very knowledgeable and super friendly, he was able to talk us through every aspect of the purchase, and even went as far as taxing the vehicle for me and ensuring that I had the best deal on my insurance quote. Could not have asked for a better salesman, especially after having some previously bad experiences with other dealers. To top it all off, he stayed until 10PM to ensure that not only was I happy with the vehicle, but that I could drop my old vehicle off and return to collect the new one. If I could give more than five stars I 100% would.

Generally good experience in Capital Car London, but there's a BUT..coming. The car is perfect for us, everything was exactly like the advert in Autotrader. I have to mention Adam who made everything easy on the telephone including delivery. However, Adam made it very clear that the car would be fully serviced before delivery to us - this wasn't done, although the service book was stamped only and none of the items were ticked... Capital car have however followed this up and have offered £50 towards our service costs. Really considerate and made me realise that there are plenty of good second hand car dealers about, it's just the bad ones that cause the trouble. Thank you Capital Car....

Capital Car London is highly recommended by my husband and I. We have bought our car one year ago ( I am not sure why I missed writing a review back then) and the overall experience (honesty, quality, professionalism) is over 5 stars. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful and neat showroom, along the full process of showing around, choosing the car, explaining all features, organising paperwork, until we left driving the car (I bought it on the same day I saw it), the full process was just fantastic and very smooth. It has been one year and my car is running very nicely and smooth; the guys there have always been very responsive to my calls and questions and whenever I needed a check, they have been ready to book my car for overall checks. They never disappointed us and I can assure that their assistance does not finish when you buy and leave, they are there all the time to help you throughout the next months and years if necessary. We had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Capital Cars. We saw the vehicle on Auto Trader first and contacted them directly. Their phone manner was extremely welcoming and they explained everything in regards to social distancing measures and where to come to. The vehicle was exactly how it looked on their website and Auto Trader. Once we had inspected it and gone inside to sit down with our feedback (minor bits we'd noticed on the car that could use attention) we were blown away. Before we could even mention the items we'd noticed, they produced us with a full breakdown of the car, the service history, full documentation etc. They then explained that before we could take the car away they wanted to make sure it was serviced and MOT'd, as well as any minor cosmetic issues were seen to. I was literally trying to throw my credit card at them so I could take the vehicle, but they explained that they would much prefer to ensure everything on the vehicle was taken care of prior to us taking it. Really impressed with the service and can't wait to pick up the mrs new car.

Amazing. I am a single father to two Children and have been looking for a car for the school run once it starts again. I have called so many dealerships and upon my first call with one of the employees from Capital Car London, he provided me with so many options in terms of cars that would be tailored to my lifestyle. I like the whole process; easy to trade in with a fair sum offered, lots of choice although I usually know what model I'm keen on before I set out. If I want to compare cars then no problem. Finance easily set up if desired. Prices are fixed so you can research beforehand if a reasonable deal. Take a day off and get there early then relax while you have a look around. P.S. I have bought many cars over decades from lots of different places; Capital Car London is my first port of call these days and touch wood the fine experience's will continue.

Hi Capital Car, My apologies for not writing the review, I gave 1 star because after carefully looking into the options on AutoTrader I came into your showroon to check on the Honda Jazz. While I was waiting for the car I showed my friend about the car in AutoTrader and the price listed was 3999 £ however, after test drive and coming back to office I was told that price was wrong and it was changed last night, which is not true. I really seen this kind of tactis in the past and it is a big no to continue from there on. It may be a geninue thing from your side but for me this didn;t look right.
