Received my new car today from Cazoo. From start to finish this was the easiest experience. I've only been driving for 2 years and upto now I had an older car (privately bought) as my first car, after gaining my confidence I thought it was time to treat myself. I really didn't expect the experience to be as easy as it was. Found a lovely car with very low mileage, from choosing the car, finance sorted and the car arriving it felt like a dream. A slight delay on delivery but it honestly didn't bother me, the customer service that was provided was second to none, nothing was too much bother for them. The gentleman who delivered the car was so friendly and cheerful. He talked me through everything in the car, on top of that the little extras with air freshener, flask, brolly and shopping bag were so thoughtful! Thank you to all at Cazoo, you do a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend you to anyone looking for a new car. 5⭐ company and service.

I bought it an Audi in September last year and I part exchange my old Audi .
Everything went smooth and hassle free.
In December I found an issue with my brakes and I called a Cazoo CS they booked ma a repair in Audi centre . Audi didn't do anything and claimed that , there is no issue.
I called again to Cazoo and they booked me in ,in their repair centre.
They did amazing job ,they fix the issue free of charge as they give 90 days warranty .
On all stages of the issue they keep contacting me and ask me what else they could do for me.
I'm am positively surprised how fabulous customer service is at Cazoo.

I purchased a Ford from Cazoo in September 2021 and I am one very Happy customer of Cazoo. I am writing my experience so other prospect buyer can understand the difference between normal and extraordinary customer service.
1. Car selection - I found the car I was looking for, with the spec I wanted quickly on Cazoo website. The description was concise and clear with no non-sense and irrelevant facts. There were more than 20 images of high resolution images with 360 degree view which was very helpful.
2. Car delivery - I had a minor hiccup there as car got delivered 2 hours late due to internal communication error however I was compensated in a great manner which clearly shows that customer loyalty comes first and company's interest later, superb effort. The car came with goodies such as air fresher (never had this good air freshener before) and a good quality umbrella (very thoughtful and smart approach by the company). The car was delivered in extremely clean and polished condition. The car was looking brand new, after being 3 years old.
3. Customer Service - Although I was bit off initially as I dealt with different people each time I called and one of the agent was not much helping. However, as I got along, I noticed that all customer service have some database that allowed them to understand my history of communication in no time so it was quick for them to assist me. I spoke to around 7-8 agents during my transaction but all of them were extremely helpful except one.
4. After sale service - This is not my first used car transaction but third so clearly I experienced exceptional after sale service which I never got before and I always dealt with reputed names before and not local garages. And those big names do not care once you have bought the car. At Cazoo, the after sale service team was extremely helpful and made sure any issues with the car is dealt with. I had few minor issues that you would notice in any used car but anything material was dealt with quickly and resolved. The staff was empathetic and you could feel that they want to make sure the customer should be happy.
5. Courtesy - I have not seen such courtesy before. I liked the air freshener and asked Cazoo if they can sell some more to me. They sent me handful of them in post as a small gift. That was extremely impressive!
6. Thinking about customer - I received recently a greeting car with a gift card (can be used with Cazoo only, FYI) which I found impressive.
The company has great future in this sector and soon will capture UK used car market. My best wishes.
I wish to receive the same customer service for the years to come with my current car and if that goes as good as last few months, I will be happy to purchase my next car from Cazoo.
I am pleased that I tried this new company and I recommend Cazoo highly to other buyers.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had so far (had about 7 already!)
The process was really easy through the website and the customer service was brilliant throughout the customer journey and would highly recommend.
Car had a small scratch before delivery, Kai kindly sent the vehicle for a quick fix before driving off so very happy with that too.
Only thing i would give as feedback is to make sure the photos are clear with the specs, eg the hill hold assist was not covered in the photo. This confused quite a few customer service members and myself too and I was told it had then didn’t have the option which was very confusing.

So impressed with the entire process of selling my vehicle through Cazoo. It was easy to get a quote (which was higher than their competitors) and so simple to arrange the pick up, change pick up dates, and ask any questions (even through WhatsApp). Unlike WeBuyAnyCar, they didn't haggle or try and knock money off the valuation, and was also paid immediately in full. The money was in my account before the vehicle left, and the Cazoo rep made sure it had all processed before he went. I will definitely use their services again, thanks!

The first car I bought had a lot of problems. I received very good customer support from Cazoo and repairs/replacements were arranged. Before the end of warranty I decided I wanted to change the car as I had experienced so many issues with it. This was done by Cazoo efficiently and without question. I sold my Astra today to Cazoo. An excellent experience start to end. The representative Kieron was very professional, polite and you could tell he really loved his work. I got the quoted price without any haggling, which happened to be £1500 more than what another (well known) company offered! Payment was in my account before the car was even loaded into the truck. Will definitely use Cazoo again if selling a car. Doubt I'd got a better price selling privately. Thanks so much Cazoo and Kieron!!

I would have given 5 stars albeit for the inaccuracy of the imperfections section on the website.
The car was recorded as having 2 minor imperfections but in reality has many more. Cazoo have been great in fixing some of the issues, however I find more everytime I clean the car, including badly scratched windscreen and drivers door window.
Clearly Cazoo cannot fix cosmetic issues indefinitely as they don’t know if they have been caused after sale however the ones that I have found have been touched up previously.
Overall, I love the car but disappointed that the initial inspection by cazoo missed so many points.
Would I buy another car from Cazoo or recommend them to friend - probably not.

I was nervous buying a car this way all online. As cazoo did part exchange with finance remaining, I wanted to give it a go. You can spend time looking through all the cars and specifics, some had 5 owners within 1 or 2 years already, so was able to wittle down the more reliable models in my own time and judge for myself without a salesman pushing me. I completed everything online and within 5 days of doing so, today I had my car delivered and old one taken away and accepted. No issues, excellent customer service and all information, warranty and contacts well explained so felt reassured and comfortable. Delivery man was very informative too on delivery. Would have no worries doing it this way in the future - all on finance which was easy to organise too.

This has got to be one of the best organised and run companies in Europe.
Cazoo gave me the best price of all the online dealers and far better than local dealers offered on my part exchange. The online description of the car I bought from Cazoo was detailed and exact. From the time of first contact with Cazoo to delivery of my new car and completion of the deal comunication was detailed and easy to follow and could not have been better. The two men that delivered my car and took my part ex. back were most helpfull and friendly. I was very impressd with the way the company operate. I have no hesitatation in recommending Cazoo. I will be purchasing my next car from them.

Took car to Cistomer Service centre in Newcastle. Welcomed and offered a tea or coffee, placed in comfortable seating area where we were joined by Steve. Car and documents were checked and we were on our way with the full offer price 15 minutes later. First class service, no quibbles. So friendly, will defo use them again if and when. Fully recommend. I recently traded my car in with and purchased a new car from Cazoo. It is the first time I have bought a car online.
The online buying process was really simple and straight forward, I felt comfortable doing it because of all the detailed info they give you on the process via the website. We collected the car from them rather than having it delivered. Initially was really impressed with the appearance of the car and was in and out in under 1 hour when collecting it. There was no quibble or tyre kicking when it came to trading in my old car in either.
Unfortunately after collection we noticed a few minor issues with the new car that hadn't been pictured online under there 'imperfections' section. Both badges front and back on the car where bubbled and one of the lights on a door handle wasn't working.
I immediately raised this with customer services as I felt it should of been detailed prior to sale. It also at the time made me question the 300 point check. As surely these issues should be picked up. Anyway I'm not bashing Cazoo for this because there timley response and rectification of my small issues was great to be honest. Customer service Aftersales wise is the best I've had even when buying new cars. They booked me in at the main dealership garage and provided me with a hire car whilst the work was done. This process could of been a little smoother if I'm honest as they use a 3rd party for courtesy cars. Namely Enterprise who have there own agenda trying to make there money out of you etc. And the whole process got a little confusing basically as your dealing with Dealership Garage, Cazoo and Enterprise.. Right hand left hand type of situation at times. It would be much easier if the courtesy car was provided by the garage where the work is being conducted.
The main dealership also carried out a health check on the car for me.. Which backed up everything Cazoo had told me about the quality of there used cars. For example my car has 4 nearly new tyres and brake pads plus full main dealer service history 👍🏻
Having considered our minor hiccups overall I would not hesitate to buy another car from Cazoo.. The price also was spot on.

As many I was slightly apprehensive about buying a vehicle online without seeing or test driving it, however Cazoo has been the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. It was simple from the outset, an extremely competitive price for a nice 67 plate Astra delivered next to my house.
The delivery driver was super nice and walked me though thr car, although having to wait 3 days for it to be delivered meant I'd already watched 100 videos about the car on YouTube. After having the Car for 48 hours and diving approx 100 miles in it plastic trim had fallen off the underside of the car. I emailed the support team and straight away they have booked my car in with a local garage to get repaired. My car was only deliverd 4 days ago but so far I can only praise Cazoo, and in a few years I will be returning, my partner is currently scrolling through the Cazoo website looking for her new car!
One bit of feedback for Cazoo, I would be willing to sign up for your extended warranty if you can do it as a payment plan!👍
