I saw the bad reviews on auto trader and was put off initially. But I gave them a go and the experience was very different. Kay was honest, helpful and direct. He didn't want to waste my or his time. Got a good car at a great price. They don't have on site parking, just park across the road at b&q, and walk to the dealership it takes a few minutes! Would highly recommend.

Overall my experience at GCS has been positive. Hiba was on it like a car's bonnet and sorted out my request almost immediately! So a BIG thank you to her! The staff are friendly and do their utmost to help even though sometimes third party affiliates (car body shop) may let them and in-turn the customer down. GCS obviously have a high turn over of cars as they have cornered the Mercedes used car market and can offer lower priced high spec cars compared to almost all competitors. They are located on a main London road so cars do become dirty very quickly so I would advise all to go to the site and inspect the cars before proceeding with their purchase. The showroom and compound set up isn't plush as say a main Mercedes dealers, you may be a bit surprised or even shocked at the difference but I can assure you that they do try to present a professional service. So in summary, if you discover that the car price and spec fits, don't hesitate to arrange an appointment to see the vehicle and probably bag a bargain.

Just thought i would share my recent experience with the GCS team, Just when you think good old British customer care is a thing of the past you have your faith restored I travelled down from the North East with my son on Saturday to pick up his new car, on arrival it was apparent there were a couple of issues (non GCS related) that might of made driving away with the car that same day unlikely Our sales contact Adam got to work on resolving these problems with the clock ticking in order keep my son from being a disappointed young man. Anyway he pulled it out of the bag after a relentless 3 hours or so.. Saw their car online, looked like a good deal. I messeged them and had no response. I then rang them and told them im interested in the car, the sales person sounded like they don't get paid enough to answer the phone, was very blunt and said they are not offering test drives. Im ready to buy but not without test driving it! The person just said we dont offer test drives and stayed silient.. no effort to ask me if i want to come in to have a look or keep my details and ring me when they can offer a drive... nothing! I think I'd rather pay more and buy from a dealership that wants to sell.

So I was on Auto trader and seen the car I wanted and it was on sale at GCS Car Sales. So gave them a ring and Alex answered told him what car and our situation. He was so nice and down to earth. We drove down to London to collect the car and the guys are so nice have a laugh and a joke, Just really nice people.
