Car went in for a service today at 8am rang twice to be told car still being worked on, it’s now 17.15 called again to get answerphone to leave a message 😡 So do we leave and go there which is a 45 minute journey or stay here and pick the car up tomorrow as it shuts at 6pm. Mr Jacobs was really friendly and helpful in going the whole process. It was really smooth and straightforward ( or he made it look it that way)... Took the charge of the car from Mr Konrad. He was equally friendly and helpful and had a cheerful personality. They also added nice floor mats and mud flaps in it as well.. All in all an amazing experience.. So happy with my purchase... Amazing car at this value.. Similar vehicles are atleast £5K more in the market.. Strongly recommend MG Motors at Glynhopkins Romford Road, East London. Ask for these two gentlemen for personalised service.

My recent contact with Glyn Hopkin MG has been positive. Delivery was on schedule and the car was in good order, I'm very pleased with it. Unfortunately, a couple of the accessories I'd agreed with the third party broker, were not present at time of delivery. The fleet manager, Richard, got on with organising the prompt delivery of these items, and kept in regular, personal contact with me, updating me on their arrival. This was good communication from him and I was grateful for his assistance and, therefore, I would recommend Glyn Hopkin if you are interested in an EV, especially the MG5 which is a great car so far.

After a truly awful experience at the Buckhurst Hill branch when buying the car the prospect of returning there to get it serviced was not filling me with joy! They matched an offer I had from another dealer on Carwow when my local dealer would not even negotiate on price of a new MG ZS EV. Kept in touch during lockdown and picked up my car on 23rd December 2020. Dealt with all my enquiries by phone and email before and after the sale. After sales have been helpful when my car had to return for a software update. I have also just taken out a low mileage (under 10,000 PA) 4 year service plan as Glyn Hopkin offers a service booking with a courtesy car where my local dealer was unable to offer this service as standard. *****
