S.This is a follow up review on my purchase of a Mercedes R230 SL500 back in Jan 2021… I was extremely pleased in my dealings with Hanwells over the purchase but, like many companies, it’s how they treat you in terms of after sales care that is the true measure of a company…. After 6mths of happy ownership of the SL (a superb head turning car) I had an issue with the car that wasn’t covered under the warranty, but on phoning Stephen at Hanwells he immediately, (and without being asked) offered to make a healthy contribution towards the cost of repair. Remember that this was on a car which was very much at the bottom end of their range in terms of value yet they still, without hesitation, were supportive. This tells me all I need to know about the quality of service they provide and I will certainly go back to them when looking for my next ‘special’ car. Well done Hanwells 😊
R. M.My SZ's steering rack failed a few weeks ago and the garage I normally use couldn't accommodate me for over a week. I contacted Hanwells and they undertook to repair the car, matching the price that the smaller garage was going to charge. They did the job immediately and highly professionally, with constant feedback from Nigel, the service manager. Although due to covid restrictions, i bought the car unseen, i was totally confident in the information i was being given and i was not disappointed. The car is a dream and the staff at Hanwells are professionalism personified. Dealt with Steve from start to finish and where I thought there may be issues he resolved them instantly.

I popped into their Ealing Showroom over the weekend and was served by Stephen ( I think he is the Manager? ), who was ever so helpful.
I was interested in a used convertible Bentley GT and he just gave me the keys to check the car over and left me to it, nobody looking over my shoulder, no sales pitches….I was offered to have a test drive an accompanied (I had to leave my driver licence ).
As I was madly in love with the car, we haggled a little over the price and I got a small discount.
Great deal, I will be back for the servicing.
C. W.Well, this is the 4 car I have purchased from Hanwells of London. They must be doing something right for me to keep going back. Believe me, I'm very picky, stubborn and a challenging customer. You are always made to feel welcome, all the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. I have never had any pressure to purchase a car from day one. With the type of vehicles being sold, some people may feel nervous to visit, don't. I love visiting Hanwells of London even when I am not buying. The cars are of a very high standard. You will find it very hard to find a large number of Rolls Royce and Bentleys in one dealership. I have always had very good prices offered on cars I have traded into Hanwells. The warranty offered is outstanding. I would recommend Hanwells of London to anyone.

When I passed Hanwell Motors I saw all the Cars peeking out into the Road and I thought I have a look, as I was hunting for a used car anyway ( I did not think of Bentley or RR ).
A gentleman ( Gary) joined me, invited me to look all over and invited me to show me more cars in their second ( very large showroom ) just round the corner.
Having a limited budget of around £30,000.00 I did not think I could afford any of those used models.
But, surprise again, I fell in love with a blue RR for £26,000.00 at 58000 miles and bought it.
Smooth handover transaction, full final service carried out and a warranty given, as a few days later I went to collect the car.
An excellent five star professional service.

S. H.I saw all the cars parked on the forefront so I went in to have a quick view. I was quickly approached and every question I asked was politely answered. I was not hustle to buy. Funny enough I may just go back (once my hubby agree) and buy one of this used models. They are definitely appear very well maintained.
N. M.Have bought twice and sold once at Hanwells, but other than that have no direct or indirect connection.
Unusually perhaps this has involved only the one 1997 Bentley Turbo R (due to a period of strained finances) and it has been noteworthy for both the car and the customer experience.
The car was the very last Turbo R and built as a special order SWB (before the Turbo RT) - fast, handles, immensely comfortable, reliable and one of the nicest places to be. More surprising still it’s seen with affection rather than envy wherever driven or parked. Can’t recommend it enough.
First time around I was buying one of the least expensive cars (and some are very expensive indeed) yet had the strong impression that it made no difference whatsoever.
Then several years and many miles later, I needed the money urgently (job, babies etc) and had to sell quickly. Hanwells could not have been more helpful and immediately bought the car back - for less than I had bought it for, and for less than it was then sold on at, but importantly in no way unreasonably so.
Circumstances have improved, so then looked to buy back and got lucky - again with Hanwells help. Arrived late afternoon to pick up the immaculate car (detailing is always good), however when tried to drive off various lights and locking stopped working when needed to be near Exeter that night. Without any fuss whatsoever - none - the mechanics stayed late taking the dash apart and fixing it.
In short the customer experience has been consistently excellent - I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better.
K. B.My old Bentley had always been serviced at Jack Barkley, except this time, as I had a number of complaints which they did not, in my view, addressed properly.
Instead I tried Hanwell Motors, in Ealing, this time.
They seemed to understand where I was coming from, they listened, provided me with a verbal cost estimate and even collected and later returned the car to my home address.
The works carried out were as I wanted and this made me now to stick to this dealer.
Needless to say, the bill was cheaper too as I did not have to pay for Jack Barclays Mayfair showroom costs.
All in all, another very satisfied customer.

Proprietor gave me 100% attention despite my lack of commitment. When I am ready to buy it know where I'm heading! First class old fashioned service.

P.Purchased a Bentley Brooklands 1996, car was well presented, spent over 3 hours on a Sunday driving a number of cars, Gary was very helpful not pushy nothing too much trouble, Purchased the car that day, they said they would sort out the odd bit of corrosion on the bodywork, what an amazing paint job, so happy, Gave me 60 day guarantee, needed to have the car back but once again things were sorted, Terry the service manager was polite and overall really pleased for a 23 year old car i could not expect more, thank you guys, would be happy to buy another car from them
