Brilliant service from Jamie and his colleagues! Got my suv from IP Motor Ltd recently, engineer advised my previous car wasn’t safe, and they explained the faults with me throughly. Outstanding! Thank you, thank you and thank you. I said I would wait before I write a review. I have been driving my new car for 12 months with no problem. I walked in looking for a new car. My finance was approved and I picked a car I wanted. They offered me a guarantee on the car and was not pushy. The aftercare is superb. If you not sure about anything, you can literally give them a call or go into the showroom, and they are happy to help. I cannot remember the gentleman name, who initially helped me but thank you very much. Since then, my neighbour and daughter have purchased a new car from IP motors. I highly recommend IP Motors.

Bought a Lexus GS300 and took delivery earlier this week.What service. Everything requested was done, no quibbles at all. From start to finish A (you know who you are )has provided information, photos and documents, and even brought the car from London to Nottingham, staying locally overnight to make sure delivery was successful in the morning. Even turned down my offer to take him to the train station, as didn’t want to inconvenience me. This is my retirement car and extremely pleased with it, thank you

My daughter saw car online (VW Polo 2008) and went down to look at it, the team knew the car I was interested in and also done a search to check what else they had for sale. I have never been treated so badly... after purchasing the car it broke down 10 times in first two months of owning it I called AA and spent a fortune trying to fix it .. I was nieve and should have returned but I thought the problem was fixed .. I spent a grand trying to sort car out .. they offered me 150 compensation n asked me to sign a document to say I had done so ... it then stopped dead in a dangerous junction .. called AA again who deemed car unsafe.. I had car for 2.5 months .. despite a garage being attached not once do they offer to fix it .. I am now without a car and without 4000 pounds .. my consumer rights state they have to accept they sold me a car that is not road worthy .. they were rude and have forced me to seek legal action ... No regard for customers Sell death traps Basicky Rob honest hard working people ... NEVER purchase a car from these horrid people ...
