Having not bought a brand new car before, I was very happy with the service here. The salesman Tony was reassuring and answered my questions clearly. He took me through everything quickly and the process was very smooth. A bit of a wait for the car to arrive, which is a problem everywhere at the moment, but it was ready when they said it would be. The car itself, a Yaris, is a very nice drive.

I haven't bought a car for years so nervous of dealers so went to the main Toyota dealers. Really helpful and accomodating. Lots of appropriately priced used cars as well.
Tony supervisor very helpful indeed.
However should also add that after purchasing a really good condition well proved 2018 Yaris Excel, an annoying intermittent loud dashboard rattle/vibration came apparent within two miles of driving across less smooth roads in Enfield Took car back twice and after extensive check they have improved situation but not entirely. So now left with decision to change for a lesser spec car at same price or keep and see if they can eventually sort out.
This issue should have been picked up before going up for sale. So is stressing me out at moment

I found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially Tony Igbinigie who worked really hard to find the perfect car for my purpose and went out his way to try accommodate my requirements. Tony was immensely professional, great at communicating, completely transparent and respectful. Kevin Winter was also very helpful in the finance aspect of my purchase. On arrival the car park was packed and I'm quite sure that not all the cars parked there were customers cars, indeed about half the spaces were taken up by cars for sale. However, on the plus side I was directed into a space. After I had finished parking and got out of my car, I was then asked to move my car to a space for disabled drivers instead which I did. However, the space was not conveniently situated near the entrance as one with walking difficulties would expect. I went inside, spoke with a lovely young lady named Hayley, who I informed about why I was there and told her about the parking situation for which she was apologetic and very understanding, and offered to bring me a coffee. After 5 minutes of looking at a car inside the showroom, I was introduced to Hussein, and he helped me with my new car enquiry. He was very good, admitting to not knowing everything about the car when asked about a particular interior socket in the boot area. I respect honesty. He arranged a test drive on their demonstrator which I waited patiently for as it wasn't immediately available. Hayley came and checked on me also which was very kind of her. I went for a test drive, loved the car, and will go back soon unless I find the same car cheaper elsewhere. They only lost one star for the disabled parking space being far from the entrance.

We bought our daughters first car from Jemca Enfield and were nervous, as, like any parent, her safety is a huge deal for us. We went to see a car that had been advertised without an image as it had just been purchased by them so not cleaned and the scratches and bumps of usual usage were visible . Tony Igbinigie and Richard Stevenson helped us and assured us that the car would be immaculate once it went through their body shop. We took them on trust and were not disappointed. On the day we went to pick it up with our daughter they further impressed us; Richard who was busy with other customers took the time to sit with us in the car and went through every single function with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable and felt confident. He went above and beyond and showed real care. Then, with the current petrol situation in mind, we asked Tony to top up and we would pay and he did fill up the tank but didn't charge us. It is so generous and kind and we will definitely be buying from them again.

Paul Trengent from Toyota Jemca had been extremely helpful in setting up my car's Extended Warranty (EW) and the Service Plan (SP) taking care in ensuring that I am not paying twice for my MOT, i.e. in EW as well as in SP. The Extended Warranty gives free MOT and Breakdown Cover as complementary and Paul pointed this out to me. I had a separate Breakdown cover which I then cancelled and got a refund for a full year and my SP amount was reduced as MOT was cancelled from it. Thank you Paul for ensuring all this had been taken care of. He not only emailed the documents, but also posted them to me!! His service has been excellent!!!! And what more, I did not contact him, he contacted me for all this service!! He is a Gem at Toyota Jemca!!!! Thank you again, Paul.

Unfortunately not for me this time, when our salesperson was sort of giving us some information it was slow, he told us nothing new ,technical or spec and finding the keys for two of the vehicles, well we could have gone home had tea and sandwiches the time it took. If your selling something get 90% of it ready so customers are kept interested and eager to buy, ( salesman name Ali alparsian ) I could go on ( paper work) but I won't if you want to know more you know who to look for.

From the moment i arrived at Toyota this morning i was welcomed by Martin who was very courteous. Both Wonderful Danielle( who i met on my last visit and remember me by name which was very impressive) and Selen both greeted me and offered a hot drink and a pastry which was very nice! Buying a car after a house purchase is usually one of the biggest outlays you'll make. They listen to your needs and do their utmost to find you a car be it new or used.
ps always take out GAP insurance, believe me for the smallish outlay its a fantastic product if you sadly need to use it....I did it saved me a small fortune

I must say how happy i was with the service i received at Toyota today when i brought my car in for service. I need to be dropped to the station and i was lucky enough to be received by Mr Costin Parkins who dropped me to the station in a safe and timely manner. Just had my first service for my Toyota Proace van and some recall issues and wanted to say that the whole experience far exceeded my expectations after having Vauxhall and ford vans serviced in the past . Whether its a van or a 50 k car you will get a very professional service from dropping your vehicle off to picking it up again .
When you arrive instead of the old days where everyone just parked wherever there is a very polite and professional traffic marshal to assist you . The two receptionists are very helpful and although very busy , have time to answer all your questions when you first arrive . Tony was my assigned Service Manager and was totally professional and knowledgeable throughout the 3 days my van was there , ringing me at the end of each day to explain what stage they were at and when they hoped it would be finished . On the morning I went to collect my van Tony took me through a detailed explanation on what the service technician had found with my van , all good by the way which has never happened when ive had other vans serviced with ford or Vauxhall . Again although very busy he had time to answer all my questions .
Also had a courtesy car for three days which was in the price of the service which was a pleasant surprise .

I wanted to upgrade my car for a while but never found the time to go the car dealer. It turned out my old car was recalled so I had to take it in. On arrival I was greeted by Costin and he advised me where to park. I had a look around at the cars and was drawn to a specific car, Costin was passing so we had chat and I told him I quite liked the car he then got Jazmine who was very helpful. I ended up purchasing the car. All the staff I dealt with was quite helpful however Costin showed that he genuinely cared which is essential in customer service. Costin is an employee that adds true value to a company as customers will return and recommend because of him.

Just purchased a new C-HR and looking forward to collecting on the 25th September. We never had any particular preference on cars, the key was who could try to get the best deal, who made us feel valued future Customers, and who listened to what our remit was, Jemca Toyota won hands down. Brilliant customer service and knowledge from Charles to nudge us in the right direction, and help us build exactly what we wanted.....and great after care in the days after we paid our deposit - no smash and grab here! Great communication from Milton through the finance process. The Receptionists are very attentive, friendly, polite and always smiling. The Car Parking Attendant (didn't get his name and I think he is a Contractor, top, top guy). The showroom is clean, well maintained, the toilets are clean and stocked with good quality products, and the coffee is very good served in porcelain! All important things to deliver an experience.
Final praise to Wayne, who I believe is the AGM, who obviously leads his team from the front, and doesn't hide behind his computer, but actually gets onto the shop floor and talks to customers.
All in all a great experience, I would highly recommend Jemca Enfield - well done! My wife cannot wait until the 25th!

Initially I didn't have the best experience with Jemca toyota centre however my opinion of them has changed - I can say that they do take onboard your concerns. Tony and his team listened to my concerns with my car's auto start-stop function, which had stopped working after a previous visit, and they did a thorough diagnostic check and managed to fix the problem which may have been a complicated one! I have to say I was impressed with the technician's honesty and dedication to solving the problem (Leszek). He even sat in to make sure it completely worked when I came to collect the car. Jemca Toyota has won my loyalty and I even not only refer but also take others to them. Some of the friendliest sales executives in car dealership have their base in this place. The last time I visited, a week ago, I was first greeted by one of their managers, who did not only listen to me and my companion, but got us seats and began to attend to our purpose of visit before introducing a sales executive, Howard, to us.
Howard is cool headed, calm, knowledgeable, not forcy, good listener and very patient.
You get treated to a cup(s) of tea during your visit no matter how many times you visit. The receptionists are very friendly too. The environment is very clean including their conveniences.
You have all the Toyota models in the showroom except the Land Cruiser.
When your car is delivered, it is with plenty of fuel in the tank.
Above all, they are always very happy to help, no matter who your main contact person is.

I have been using them for about 3yrs. Mostly good experience, but the main issues I have experienced are as follows: 1) They will fit non Toyota generic parts and not tell you. I would assume most people bringing their car to a dealer for work, did so because they were expecting original parts to be used. Their explanation is they are reducing costs for customers. After a complaint they said they would review their policy. 2) Booking a service/repair can be difficult. Hard to get through to them by phone and confusing communications once your car is with them. If you use the online booking, you have to ring up anyway as sometimes a confirmed online booking does not mean you actually have a booking... twice Ive had a confirmed email only to be rung up the next day and told they cant honour it 3) Trying to get an appointment is hard. Book 2 weeks plus in advance at least. Try a month if you want a hire car or a particular time slot. I had a damaged drive belt which I considered kind of an emergency as it might break at any minute. Despite it being a pretty simple job, I was given a date 2 weeks in the future as the first time they could do it. This is the third Toyota dealer I've used and so far the experience at each has been quite similar. Bad enough that I probably will buy a less reliable car in the future, just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Cars = good, servicing not so...

I took my car for a starting problem, it would take multiple attempts to start. It's a keyless Auris Hybrid.
It was also under a recall for a faulty ECU. They kept my car in for the recall and tried to find out the problem. I was given a lovely new courtesy car which I kept for 12 weeks.
Eventually the problem was diagnosed as being the Hybrid battery.
To be honest, I was a little disappointed at having taken so long, but to be fair, once they new the problem and informed me, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and allowed me to keep the courtesy car until i made decision about what i would do.

Last week I took my car to Jemca to be serviced and do the MOT. I was told I had to change the battery otherwise it would not pass the MOT. I was surprised as I had changed the battery the year before. I was told it was the wrong model and it was not properly secured. Therefore I went to the place I had bought the battery. They checked it and said it was the model they fit in my type of car. I ended up doing the MOT in another garage near where i live and there was no issue with the battery. I also did in this garage a number things Toyota recommended for half the price.
I used to get my car serviced at Jemca and I was very pleased with the service. However, after this I'm not sure if I'll continue taking my car there... I'm afraid I'm being overcharged and paying for things I dont need.

As for the repair .. took my car in with a knackerd battery on a Tuesday morning, and I had to call them Thursday morning and was told my car would be ready that evening.. surely three days to change a battery is a bit long... UPDATE ... I was contacted to pick up my car around 4-30, which I did do, I was greeted with politeness and courtesy as usual.. a service staff member then explain to me the procedure and reason why it took three days to change my battery.. the explanation was acceptable to me , and decided to change my three star rating to a four star rating. . I haven't bought anything from here, went to have a look at a car the other day. I can't comment on the service...but when I was looking at the car it felt as though I was shopping for car because I going to start a new job as a Uber driver! Every bloody car is is pretty much a hybrid, and to be honest apart from fancy LED TFT screen in the car showing some colours of how mpg your getting. Toyota cars are just bland! Wouldn't be great to walk in and see a Supra or and new style MR2? No because all you will see is a Yaris, Auris and Prius... sounds like names from a space mission!
