It's the 1st time I've been here. I was genuinely pleased and surprised by the care and value provided. Kevin & the team were all very accommodating regardless of my queries. I purchased a catloc at a very fair price including fitting. Had no idea they do 2nd hand tires with Lazer alignment for all cars (not just Toyotas). Their manager was keen to dispel the bad reputation, other car manufacturer dealerships have created, by demonstrating transparent care and services. I will come back for further needs going forward.

We had service booked for today. We were welcomed by lovely showroom assistance Debbie who guided me with computerised check in and helped us to feel comfortable while waiting. I am here for a 40k service with the lovely Aisha looking after me today. Michelle was very efficient checking me in . Couple of hours wait and a cup of very nice tea. I would say I’m happy with my visit and it’s worth booking a waiting appointment if you can if you don’t live local. Also I think it is very covid friendly.

As usual, the service was on point, from start to finish. I made the mistake of driving on to the premises in the wrong direction. The car parking attendant politely told which way to come in, he is always welcoming every time i come here. At reception Michelle was very attentive and helped me to sign in, even as i knew how to do it, also she went pointed me in the directions of teas and coffees. She has a great smile. Shannon was also very helpful, I had an issue which she took on board. She has a great bubbly personality. All in all, customer service in the Edgware branch of Toyota is always pleasant, that is why i always come here for all my car services.

I would give Jemca 10* if I could as the experience and service I received from Chandni Pabari , the face of Jemca , The Hyde was exceptional. I had been to 3 Toyota dealerships and I wasn’t feeling it. As soon as I walked into this showroom I was blown away by the staff who saw to everyone who walked through the door and were helpful but not overpowering including the managers especially Joe and Milton. Chandni, however was my sales lady who managed everything meticulously from start to finish - her after sale support responding to my numerous questions was amazing. Folks no need to shop around , save time and go to Jemca and you will be sure to find the best price and more importantly a service with a smile. I traded my old car for a new one and again they offered me the best deal. Job well done and I highly recommend anyone who feels unsure to go and find Chandni. Thanks Chandni for all your support and giving me such a great send off with a big red bow. I felt like a princesses and most importantly you were right it was a joy to drive. Love it ! Big Space..Nice and Quiet.. Wifi,Toilets ,Tea, Coffee and biscuits for customers. But they are too professional.. You hardly interact with service expert. They don't even explain before or after what they will do or they have done in the service. You will get a paper copy at the end and a link via text message to see the report. Nothing extraordinary in their service. Well i don't expect to be treated like a king but It is very robotic feeling. Local garage people are very humble and down to earth. Toyota only do up selling of their high cost service. Atleast at Jemca. My other friends use different Toyota service centre in East London and thier experience with service representative is way better.. Jemca Edgware is just a big name.

Toyota is one of my favourite car brands and I love my RAV4 so much. But above all I had such a great post purchase experience with Toyota. I am always I’m reminded for my service and I love how they call back after your visit to see if everything went well. Recently I had to make a few trips regarding some minor issues with my car. And the past 2 visits I had the opportunity to deal with PREM. she is so nice and professional. All 2 of my visits were so comfortable and catered for. She actually knows how to go the extra mile. Communication is always so great with her. The last visit I had to get cameras installed and again she went out of the way to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. Very disappointed with the service and communication. This is the second time now. The first time I was more understanding for covid reasons but now there is simply no excuse. Waiting for 45 mins now to pick up my car from service. There was no message and I had to call to know if my car was ready for pickup. There is a queue of 7 people ahead of me. - I have updated the overall rating on my review since posting the above as I am pleasantly impressed with the response. I visited the Toyota service centre in Edgware for the car Toyota CHR 2018 model, we bought two week back and there was a question of wether the Pollen filter was changed or not but the service department's member Ms Premvasti was so great help that she addressed the issue straight away on priority basis. Honestly I had so much anxiety buying a new car, so many questions daily and this gentleman was on the other end of the phone everyday - whether on the phone/whatsapp or email at any given time. He guided me throughout. No question or demand from me was ever to big or small. He made me feel at ease. He showed patience and kindness throughout the whole process. He made it fun. The most important, he was honest and made sure he found me a car which was suitable to my needs and spending - he was not interested in selling you the most expensive car, all he wanted was for me to happy. The mechanics took the car in, left the lights on for 20 HOURS and now it needs a new car battery. They sent off an 8 month (high risk) pregnant woman, told her to 'give it a good drive' (which she did for 40 minutes) and then she was stranded in a shopping center car park for hours. The level of incompetence at this particular branch is astounding, especially that displayed from from ANKIT PATEL (AVOID this person at all costs), this guy does not answer his phone... EVER! Did not even bother calling to say the car was ready and it was then left overnight at their branch, to which it now does not start. To add furthur insult to injury, the mechanics gave the car back with the interior completely filthy and with bits of mud/dirt on the seats. **UPDATE** 5 star for Cheryl Young who is amazing, such a lovely person who rectified everything.

What a service! I was extremely impressed with the kindness and courtesy shown to me during the whole purchase process. A special mention goes to Harshil, such an asset to the company, he really listen and understood my needs, he was very patient, reassuring, slimy and kind. He was an absolute gem with my girls, which it would have not been the easiest as kids get restless after a while and an absolute natural! Mikey Dong was very helpful; he and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. They didn't charge me for the diagnostics after the results revealed a potentially large expense. It has been a strange thing, buying a new car without meeting directly with any sales staff! I wanted an Aygo for myself and my son who just passed his test before lockdown. I was helped all the way by Andrew at Toyota, Edgware. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was polite , friendly and very professional at all times. He kept me updated on all developments, which wasn't easy as he was only working a few days a week. He always called as promised and the sale was completed quickly. Been using them for 12 years, renewing a 3 year service plan. They used to have a courtesy pick up and drop off on the plan. Impossible to get a free slot so they lose stars. There was a dip in quality for a couple of years, this year was better. Every MOT they recommend wipers be changed. Changed them last year, barely driven this year due to pandemic and they still recommend a wiper change, naked profiteering loses them another star. On the plus side you get a video of any issues so you know they are being genuine before approving work and let's face it if you look after a Toyota it will drive for years and years.

Fantastic customer service, excellent work! My car had car park dents which was unsightly and the offender not known. When I rang the body shop and spoke with Dawid, I immediately felt confident that i was in the right hands. He knew everything i was talking about and the quote was sent 1st thing the next morning because I had called him after 5pm. While he promised 1 week to finish the job, it was actually completed in 4 days! Dawid is not the pushy sales person we must have encountered at some point in our lives. He actually talked me out of an unnecessary expense to my surprise! He is honest and down to earth. In all, my car is restored to the showroom condition I always wanted it to be. I had my Toyota Auris booked in for a software update today, at the same time i had my car serviced. All the staff members at Jemca Toyota Edgware Road are very professional and have really great knowledge of the vehicles, especially Alpesh who was excellent and gave me lots of information regarding my vehicle on what needed to be repaired and when the car will be ready for pick up. They also sent me a detailed email report showing what repairs they had done to the car, they also had the car washed and vacuumed before i went to pick it up. I recently purchased my Toyota Yaris from Jemca Toyota Edgware. Sales person was Suliman Shareq. From start to finish he kept me updated about the progress of my order. He always replied back to my emails. I have been buying new cats from them since 2015, two reasons for that - one is i like Toyota and second is the interest free purchase option. The only problem was that I had to wait for nearly two months before I got my car delivered from France. I know I made some changes to the car specs but still its not a Porsche that I was ordering. Rest was all smooth sailing. I would recommend anyone to go and buy their car off, Toyota edgware.
