Just bought a car here. Good and friendly service, never felt pressured and they were really helpful with information. No problem at all when I wanted an AA check. Purchase included one year AA membership too. 3 month warranty is through a third party with a proper policy so clear as to what is and isn't covered. Very happy with the overall experience.

I recently bought a used 4 x 4 from London Broadway. Gavin's dad helped me navigate the roads around Colindale as we took the 4 x 4 for a test drive that must have lasted at least half an hour. During that time he answered all my questions, but never once pressured me to buy the car. However, I liked the car very much and bought it. Gavin then helped me sort out the paperwork and road tax, etc., and I was able to drive the car away the same day. A few days later I found a problem with the car, but a quick phone call to Gavin and the problem was sorted immediately. So my experience of London Broadway Cars is that they are very customer focussed, and their after sale service is second to none. As a result, when the time comes to replace the 4 x 4 I'll be hoping they have the car I'll be looking for, as they are without doubt the best used car dealers I've ever dealt with.

Bought my car about 6 months ago amazing Audi . Wanted to make sure everything was good before leaving a review. my experience was amazing from the moment I arrived the sales man gave me a lot of time to test drive and examine no pushy sales at all compared to a lot of other dealerships that I had went to. Great customer service! Gavin sold me a car in July 2017. He was friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions about the car, thoroughly. He even called up Vauxhall to check a recall had been done. Since buying the car he has continued to give me first-class customer service by helping me out with a problem the car encountered. What an absolutely awesome family business. None of the usual car salesman rubbish. You get exactly what you see on the tin. They even went and bought a spare tyre for the car they sold me, as it didn't have one. Then they allowed me to buy tax on their computer, to save me the hassle of going to the post office. I recently bought a used Mazda 2 from London Broadway Car Sales Ltd, and must say the car looked even better up close than the photo’s I had seen online, it was in excellent condition Also having had the car around a month nearly find it drives very well, nice to find a quality used car, but what impressed me the most was how friendly the people were at the garage and also you could pay by debit card, and they gave you a 3 month national warranty for parts and labour with the addition to buy a national warranty for a year for just £220, I highly recommend this company
