What an excellent way to sell a car. John is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable around his vehicles. No nonsense whatsoever. It makes a change to deal with someone who is so very fair. I approached the LHD Centre with caution not knowing them as I had found a Ferrari on their website which was exactly what I was looking for. When spending over £100k with any dealer, it is very important to know how they are as dealers and their relationship with clients. Even now, John from London LHD jokes about how cautious I was, having tried to find out information about them online. All I can say now is not only that I am super impressed with John's knowledge and passion for cars, but how honest and great he is as a person. The car I bought is amazing and exactly what John had described to me and now I know he only sells the best and correct cars. I also had the car inspected by a Ferrari main dealer who had confirmed everything was spot on and everything as John had mentioned and described and it even had a Ferrari power warranty. They also helped me import it, as it was on German plates, and it was so much easier and less stressful then I had built up in my mind from hearing other peoples experiences with other dealers. I was so impressed with everything that I am now selling a Porsche through them and planning some road trips with John in some Italian exotics. I also have my eye on anther car in John's amazing stable of cars.

After a stressful experience trying to sell my LHD car, I found London LHD cars and less than 24 hours Sue an amazing secretary had contacted Spain’s trafico and cleared that I didn’t have any outstanding debts. She arranged an appointment for me to meet John the owner of London LHD company, who asked his colleague, James to check over the car and agreed to pay me the telephone agreed price. As it was a Saturday morning the offices were closed, so my son and I were treated like important clients at the Chelsea harbour hotel. Then Sue who “doesn’t work on Saturdays!!!” arranged payment to my online account from her home. I always thought car dealers were a bit dodgy!! but John James and Sue are a marvellous team, professional helpful and fair. We bought a LHD Range Rover Sport, TVD6-Autm., black, from 2010, with only 71kMls on the clock and had a excellent experience with John and his team. We found the car via Internet, made an appointment and had a 1.5 hour test drive through London on a sunny Sunday afternoon with John who really took the time and was not pushing at all. We closed the deal and had also our LHD-Freelander sold to him for the price we had in mind so... both parties happy. Four weeks later we collected the car in London, is was checked by a Land-Rover dealer with just a minor remark. The car is now in use for two months with us on a daily base and we are very happy with it. Thank you very much John and Team, it was a great experience for us. London LHD is highly recommendable.

I emailed these guys about a UK registered Focus ST3 they were advertising and they offered me £500 off the list price. I was told about the cars history and reassured that they had the paperwork. When we got back from the test-drive I was expecting to go to the office to see the paperwork but instead James insisted on showing me John ( the owner's) car collection. This may be because their office is 10 mins drive from Chelsea Wharf. I inspected the car and found bodywork damage and a windscreen chip. They insisted on having the car serviced and an MOT before handing it over, ( it turned out the car had not been serviced in 2 years and the MOT was due a couple of weeks earlier.) When I got hold of John he offered to deduct £300 for the damage but off his original screen price, so £200 more than offered on email before I looked at the car. When I asked to see all the paperwork, things went completely silent. There was no paperwork but the story he had given regarding the history did check out on investigation. What did not check out though was the model of the car. It was incorrectly registered in the UK as a Focus ST3 not Focus ST2, which changes the guide price by 15%. Never mind purchase / service receipts and import paperwork, there was no service book, no manual, nothing. After paying I was asked to sign an invoice saying "I've received all the paperwork" and "I've received all the keys", which was untrue. They did send the spare key as promised a week later and I've updated this review as they have also tracked down the original headlights and are sending those to me. If I didn't need to own a car for at least 6 months to avoid import taxes, I'd have handed it back to them. I'm pleased with the car but it was overpriced given it was a different spec and had no docs. On a positive note their after sales service has been better than what came before and it was my choice not to return.

With relocating to Spain shortly, I needed a LHD vehicle that would tow my trailer easily, I had decided on the car I wanted (well a couple of cars) then set about searching for cars. I made contact with London LHD center as they had a X5 in stock that looked to match my criteria. To start with I only dealt with John over email, as this was simpler than making time to call the garage, he emailed me back swiftly, even a couple of times in the late evening. Any questions I had in regards to the car were answered in a clear and concise manor. When we eventually spoke, it was for me to make an appointment to view the vehicle in question, this was arranged the same day, and John spent over an hour with me and the car, he also insisted that the car would go to a BMW garage for an inspection if I was to proceed with the purchase, the only items that BMW picked up on was that the vehicle would need new rear tyres shortly, John agreed to swap these over on the vehicle before I picked up the car. The deposit for the vehicle was sent that same day, and less than 2 days later I was in the vehicle, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. After picking up the car I started on a fault free 2500km road trip to the south of Spain, that went smoothly, the only item the car needed was fuel :) Would recommend John and his team at London LHD center 100%
