I came to the dealership today to look at the different models, I must say Rushan was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive to my every need - if you are ever looking to buy a car speak to this man, very knowledgeable and was patient showing me all the different options!!! 5* service!!!

I recently enquired about a pre-registered Jaguar I-Pace that I had seen online. I live over 150 miles from this garage, so was not going to be able to see the car physically, but they responded very quickly will a full video of a tour of the car. The sales executive I dealt with, Shaquille Nathan, then followed up with a call. We had a very polite and fair negotiation and agreed a fee that day. Shaquille then set to work to organise and communicate the next steps. The next steps were taken clearly and in a timely manner. I now have this fantastic car on my drive and I love it. Took my jag there for a service today. Bearing in mind this is during covid lockdown. They are well prepared and look to be operating safely. The booking process was easy and found a slot within 2 days of my call. On arrival they were very efficient and professional. I was met by wayne Hamilton who was informative and professional. They also sent videos while the technician was looking over the car. They also sent a link to give you updates on the progress of the service. I collected the car in the afternoon and the collection process was painless and efficient and also provided me with paperwork detailing what was done and also previous service histories. After absolutely dreadful service from sales staff at both Lookers West London as well as Beadles Staples Corner, I was eventually contacted by Livia Donici following a fourth attempt to get a quotation. Her service was extremely professional and she was able to identify a vehicle and conclude the sale all within a very tight timeframe. Livia went above and beyond at each stage and I would recommend customers to contact her directly for any requirements. An asset to her team and certainly someone to set an example to colleagues as to how to deal with customers.

I wasn’t very happy at all with the quality of the cleaning of my interior. Considering the price of the first year service I would have expected a much higher standard. Other than the windscreen and the dash there was not much that was touched. Also I was told that I couldn’t collect my car on the same day and was told I’d have to wait until the following day which is fine but I was only told this when I dropped the car off so I was a little stranded at the branch location on a working day so I had to organise last minute transport back home rather than working remotely in a near by location until the car was ready. I was interested in a service plan but I wasn’t told about one. It’s likely I probably won’t visit the showroom for my next service unfortunately

I enquired about purchasing an approved used Land Rover Evoque from Lookers West London and was promptly phoned back and dealt with by Livia. She was absolutely exemplary in the way she handled the sale abd part exchange from start to finish. Honestly. I dont care about the other reviews. All I know is, my jaguar had a major technical issue. A issue which another jaguar garage could not find and intended to charge me grands to try to fix. Very impressed with efficiency of booking, arriving and checked in for my cars Mot. Dropped off at 8am, phone call at 1030 am that car would be ready by 1130am. Arrived and guy knew our names (how we had only been there briefly earlier in the day) called out for us to be dealt with immediately. I just bought a car from Simon, Ivan, and Yong - the buying experience was exemplary and the after care has been great. The really looked after me and even answered my questions on their days off. I will definitely use them again. My only small grip was with the service team and when I had a small issue. But, I have been told that there is a new service manager who is about make the relevant changes. I got in touch with Ivan (Sales Manager) and he resolved the issue immediately and went beyond to make the car perfect.

Having spent some time researching for a new car and deciding on a Jaguar XE, I went to a couple of dealerships throughout Surrey and London receiving a mixed service. As soon as I walked into the Jaguar West London I was impressed by the amount of care and attention given to the show room. There was plenty of space between each car, it was extremely clean and well thought out. The service by front of house was excellent offering drinks and pastries whilst I waited to be seen by Matthew Gurney. Matthew spent an amount of time covering all basis, listening to my requirements which enabled me to narrow down the car I wanted. During my test drive, I was given ample time to take the car on a number of different roads enabling me to see how it handles and was impressed by the knowledge of the gentleman that took me out. After looking at all options an approved used car was the best option for me. Again Matthew went through all the financial details in great detail so I knew exactly what options were available. On collecting the car earlier, I met with Matthew and a colleague who again went through all the financial information making sure that I was happy and again covering all basis. At no time did i feel hurried into making a decision. The car was in excellent condition as expected and again plenty of time was given to me to run through the car and how to set it up to my liking. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would happilyrecommend West London Jaguar to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from them.

Just picked up my (new to me ) used XF. I am really happy with it. Turab and Ivan showed very good customer service. Got the car down from Amersham and fixed the bits I pointed out to them. The setting was great, always asked if I wanted refreshments. Bought my XF here and despite trying other dealers for service as they were closer, I was generally let down and ended up traveling across London to bring it back to Park Royal. Yes, they are a very busy dealership, and getting through to the person of your choice is somewhat difficult, but ultimately they have never let me down. Hi Richard now that all the excitement of the weekend is subsiding and I'm sitting here in Aberdeen back at my office I just wanted to send a short personal note to say thank you for organising the delivery of the Jaguar at West London JLR - what a great modern, classy environment in which to collect the car. I had a truly awesome drive back especially through the winding roads of the Highlands of Scotland. I took the scenic route from Glasgow up the west coast through Glencoe, sweeping bends and long straights along a number of Lochs where the F-Type really showed what it is all about - what an excellent car Richard you should be rightly proud to be selling such a world beating product. Your part in this should not be underestimated as you were the fourth JLR main dealership that I came to, and frankly your personal attitude and willingness to engage with my needs was first class from the moment you picked up the phone.
