I took my Land Rover for a service to Lookers west London, I was greeted by a lovely lady called Allison who took care of everything for me, I found her to be very professional & courteous, she explained the process to me and kept me informed throughout. My car was ready on time, fully serviced and cleaned, I was charged the exact amount as stated & approved by me which was very reasonable, Allison saw me straight away and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived to pickup my car.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Just collected my husband’s car! Excellent service from Mo at Lookers!! Must admit I was a bit wary because of some of the negative reviews on here. Maybe those people were just difficult customers, who knows but we can’t fault Mo’s service. Excellent handover, ensured we were happy with the car before we drove it away. I've taken my Jag XE x760 here a few times and it's always been a pleasure.
My last visit was for the 42K service.
2 months and 2 weeks after service; my turbo charger failed.
Called these guys to let them know what's happened and it's obvious from the service manager's response that whatever they've done has nothing to do with Turbo Chargers.
Further research shows that turbo charger failures are rare but when it happens, it has to do with insufficient lubrication i.e. engine oil.
With that said; there's an in/direct link with the service @ 42K.
What baffles me is why the service manager will push back on information that can easily be sourced and attest to be false.
Now I question future servicing here; and the integrity of the servicing team.

I have a 2018 discovery sport still under warranty and this is the nearest dealership to me, so took in here in order to update the car's software. The process itself was very seamless. Drove the car in to the clearly signposted automatic garage door, left the car to be worked on and was able to track its progress through their "workshop tracker" website. Got a notification to let me know it was ready and also got a phone call. Walked in the dealership to collect, was seen to straight away, and walked over to the car to check and talk through the work done. All in all a pleasant experience.

Livia made it clear that she refuses to lose me as a client, and she didn't. She listened, understood, and found solutions - the caliber of a truly great sales person.

Overall a great showroom. We got there a bit late and the sales associate we were supposed to see was already on his next appointment. However they quickly found someone else to help us out. She was very friendly and went through the specs of the vehicles and took the time to show us what was available in store and also find out what exactly we needed. Only downside was when it came to the time to let us know what they could offer us they would not tell us what the offer was unless were going to commit on the day. This to me isn't the way to do business. She walked off to talk to her manager so I'm assuming this was his play on trying to force the sale. If it was a good deal we would have taken it however this put us off.

If you buying a car just ask to see Safwan! I was very impressed with his professionalism, truthful, and very customer focus and amazing in communication via phone and email. I have been lucky enough to meet him and purchased a Range Rover Velar R Dynamic HSE, he kept me in loop and update through the purchase process and also he explained me everything in very details, and ensured I understood everything, most importantly he absolutely did not mind as customer I have asked him manager questions and didn’t mind at all to explain everything again. I must also say I didn’t feel like his selling me the car as he was throughout the process informed me you can take your time and go think about it and come back tomorrow etc —— other car dealer wouldn’t of done that and instead would say: if you leave the car it would be gone etc... Safwan was very patient and extremely professional. 100% recommend him.

Just called in for the first time. My Range Rover key needed a new battery-the receptionist/ service manager took both keys away and a couple of minutes later came back have fitted batteries to both keys. I asked how much-she told me it was on the house.Great service and unexpected-thank you. While there I had a look at the new Defender-looks fantastic- a real winner. Not ready to spend £60k today however....!

Excellent service provided by Shaquille! I was a bit worried as I live in North Wales and didn’t have a chance to see the car due to the distance, especially as I travelled 160 miles the weekend before to see a car which turned out to be no where near as described!
I needn’t have worried because Shaquille went above and beyond. With a 12 manufacture warranty it gave me a bit more piece of mind!
He provided personalised videos and close photos on my request. He talked me through the whole process over the phone and replied to every email very quickly usually within 10 mins!! Shaquille got in touch with me after the delivery to check how I was getting on and talked me through a few things that were new to me.
So all in all not only amazing pre sale service but also after care!

I've been using this dealer for over twenty years and Wayne in Service with the rest of the service team are mostly great. Only once in those years have I had a really bad experience that I still remember it now, four years later. Parts dept are also really good and helpful, Keary is particularly good. Usually the receptionists think they are working for a secret Director and make it very hard for you to speak to the person you need to. I spoke to a sales rep on the phone yesterday who was so confused and kept telling me the sales dept was closed during the tier 4 lockdown, even though I was on the phone and only looking to make an enquiry over the phone, that it was easier to put the phone down and look for a new Range Rover somewhere else. Shame as they have a nice showroom, when it is open.

I have previously commented on this service centre under the Jaguar banner. I have a bonnet that will not open and that could not be fixed when I visited as a drop in. The appointment offered to me was nearly 4 weeks later, which is ludicrous. There was a reply to my post that a service manager would call me, but no one ever did, which just shows that any reply is just lip service and the actual service is poor, which is disappointing for what is a premium brand - or supposed to be.

Have recently bought my second car from here and always had excellent customer service. They kept me fully updated about when my car was being built and when to expect delivery and collecting it was a great experience. The servicing dept are brilliant too - no delays and you get a clean thrown in too!

So after booking a test drive and reading the reviews online, I was extremely hesitant to turn up for the test drive here. I even thought to cancel a few times and go to another branch. However, I decided to go for the test drive with my partner in the end.
I can thankfully say my experience here was actually fantastic. When we arrived, we had a lady greet us and offer us a hot drink, croissant and cookie which was very delicious. We waited about 10 minutes for our sales representative to turn up (Rohil) and he was absolutely brilliant. We even mentioned the reviews to him and he was very honest with us and explained that the reviews online are a reflection of a majority of the maintenance/service issues which customers have had with another company. They work in house with Land Rover but are not a part of their team. Rohil also explained that despite the issues with maintenance, Land Rover generally would like to improve where possible and welcome their reviews so they can continuously make improvements. I really appreciated Rohil's approach to this.
Generally, Rohil's sales approach was subtle and we really appreciated that he did not push us into buying. He gave us his contact details and explained we could contact him if we had any questions or if we decided to buy. Great service and If i decide to buy, I would definitely want Rohil to make the commission.
Moral of the story, ask for Rohil when buying/test driving!

Lookers Land Rover west london is by far the best dealership around. Having bought two other land rovers from a previous dealership, nothing compares with the service offered by them. MO who was our salesman was berry professional and friendly. He worked with us to get us to a deal we were happy with. Lookers need a bigger more efficient service area as the current one is just too small to cope with the popularity of the brand .. (not too long now by the look of new site). the managers and mechanics cope extremely well considering the pressure they are under. The best bit is the car comes back valeted...!
The mangers, sales, finance and service personnel are professional, friendly and always helpful.

One of the most appalling experiences recently with motor car servicing. Discovery Sport booked in ten days before service on date chosen by the agency. Only need was to complete work on offside rear brake, on account of design fault on part in this batch (required work identified as a known warranty item by another Lanf Rover agent elsewhere. Car driven in for 8.45 a.m. Telephoned (feeling uncertain) at 10.30 a.m. to be certain car would be ready by end of day as promised. Telephone call at 4.30 p.m. to me to tell me nothing had been done and anyway if was not a warranty item! No apology. Shall never return to this agent.

Went to get some parts. Unless you get their attention you won't be served. Hope Land Rover improve the quality of their parts as had a friend's car where the oil cooler went at only 32000 miles in a 2013 SUV, this shouldn't be happening at such a low mileage.
The entry to the site can be a little confusing from the A40 so make sure you take the slip road at the Renault dealer.
