Zulfi is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever come across and he didn’t even sell me a car. I attended the branch with a friend as he was buying a car. From the moment we arrived his energy was amazing made us feel at home even though we are Brummies. If you haven’t bought from him yet, buy one, just for the experience. Having had the car I purchased for a little while I believe I can now provide a fair and honest review. Positive points: Relative to the market, cars are competitively priced The person we dealt with for the purchase was helpful and informative. Negative points: I have recently purchased 4 new tyres for the car. The tyres were not below the legal limit when I bought the car but one of the tyres did have a repair done. Whilst this is not illegal, it is strongly advised against for run flats and potentially dangerous. They may not have necessarily done the repair but if they do the full checks they claim then this definitely would have been picked up. I paid for the paint and interior protection package. Having had the car checked by a professional detailer, this was definitely not done properly. Points to be aware of: When I purchased the car we were told the warranty was a “Mercedes’ Benz” warranty. Whilst technically true, it may mislead you into thinking it is an official Mercedes’ warranty - it isn’t. It is a standard warranty that most dealers offer. When I purchased the car, no documentation were provided about service history. Yes Mercedes’ have digital service books but I could not even get a print out to show the intervals of what happened and when. Given they have a servicing department it makes you wonder whether they actually have access to Mercedes’ digital service book database. I would recommend going to an independent Mercedes’ specialist who does have the access to confirm the servicing. Overall, whilst I have not experienced any mechanical issues yet I can’t help but feel misled on a number of points

I can’t recommend this garage enough. From going to view a car it felt professional, friendly and not rushed at all. Zalfi and Jacob were very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. The cars they have on sale are all top quality and plenty of choice. I was told a few ‘bits and bobs’ would be sorted before pick up and they were, even putting an MOT on the car as soon as we put the deposit on the car so we could pick it up the day after. Bit frustrated. The staff were great and very accommodating when I bought the car. Took time to take me on multiple test drives which I really appreciated especially as I had not made an appointment. The car I bought wasn't on site so we agreed to pick it up in a weeks time - the following Sunday afternoon. At the time of purchase I bought the satnav / media card - they explained had to order in and that hopefully would be there by the pick up but if not may be a few days later and will post it. No problem at all. Pick up went smoothly - again staff were great. Car not washed but token for tescos given. Told at the time the card was ordered few days ago and they'll post it. A week later - nothing , a week later phoned said they had been delivered and they'll post it the next day. A week later - nothing , call back said they will post it soon. A week later - nothing. Just a very frustrating end to what would have been a good experience

Our experience with MB Brent Park was certainly 5-star, hence the scoring. We dealt with Hussein and his customer service was 1st class, from start to finish. I didn't understand how the whole 'click-n-collect' process worked but it was spelt out very clearly and made the process of us purchasing our Used/Approved 'Mercedes A Class' fluid and seamless. From the moment we stepped through the door, the professionalism was of paramount importance not only to us but the MB Brent Park Team. All staff were polite and personable. We chose a vehicle, we discussed our trade-in, covered the finance, test drove a sanitised unaccompanied vehicle and made the purchase. Although financing can be a daunting experience, Hussein removed the attached anxieties and again we sailed through the details and agreement. The car was fully serviced, valeted and provided us will complimentary 'branded' car mats. Disclaimer: I haven't booked a service as yet, however must commend the customer service on the phone - friendly, transparent and helpful. Compared to all the other "official" Mercedes dealerships it's like night and day! But UNFORTUNATELY the issue is only the official dealerships can stamp your service history book and add you to the data base... what a travesty.

I bought my GLE 350D 3 weeks ago from MB; my sales representative was Zulfi. He was fantastic. I have never experience such good customer service before. It did not stop there. I have had a great experience with everyone involved in the business during these difficult times especially Zulfi. I traded in my car for a new Mercedes GLA and the staff made the transaction as effortlessly as could be, they gave me all the info I needed without hesitation and at no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. I had trouble with my bank on the day for the settlement figure on my old car but Zulfi and his team didn't rush me and recognised i was quite frustrated and gave me a USB cable to activate my Android Auto on my new car, a small gesture of good will that went a long way. Two days after I recieved a call from Zulfi telling me that they had unfortunately overcharged on the initial deposit I had given and refunded me a total of £140, I was extremely with thee honesty shown as most dealer may not have bothered, but to Zulfi and his accountant teams they had the decency to phone me and let me know. I had a great experience with everyone involved and would definitely recommend them to anyone and would definitely use in the future

"Review from a very happy client that didn't end up buying": Jacob really understood me as a client and was very honest, polite and knowledgeable throughout the process. He sent two personalised videos that compared and contrasted the CLSs, responded to all types of specific queries over email (and phone) about the cars and also provided me with advice about 'what to look for' when I found myself comparing warranties and the different specs of cars elsewhere! Most importantly, he saved my marriage and gave me enough advice that helped me choose a CLS over a Maserati Ghibli. He is a real credit to the trade and I would highly recommend him, especially to married men that need impartial advice about expensive cars that can ruin a marriage.

Faith restored! Car Dealers truly ARE NOT all quick buck Charlies -well this one isn't at least. After a situation that didn't turn out as we had hoped (entirely personal and nothing to do with this dealership), despite the transaction of a fully explained and documented and optional cash deposit to MB Brent we parted terms without sale (for now!) very amicably, transparently and with a sense of real personal customer care without the BS you might expect... Under the personal attention of the professional and trusted Zulfi we went from a lose lose situation all round to a positive and satisfactory farewell without any feeling of being shafted by a "Car Salesman" quite the opposite. I say farewell as its not goodbye because we will certainly return to MB Brent Park with the knowledge that this "lot" are a bit different and have blood and not just pound notes running through their veins. Zulfi you are a professional knowledgeable and commendable (business)man and I wouldn't hesitate to trust you and your judgement when buying a car in the near future. Great way to run a business MB Brent Park - keep up the care, communication and perfect manners - especially with the less attractive aftersales (and disasters or no-go sales!) - its refreshing and commendable in your business sector!
