I brought an Audi A3 recently from these guys, the car came with a 3 month warranty which gave me piece of mind. To date I have had no problems with the car and am delighted with it. The service was good and they also followed up on a couple of things for me without a problem. Good car and good service, would use again.

I've always been sceptical about third party car dealers having had first-hand experience of bad service in the past. Reading through the other reviews against Megastar noted that there were mixed feelings for this dealer but can report that my visit there was a positive one. Dealt with Mustafa, ran through the car which was mostly OK but noted a few issues. We came to an agreement regarding a price in lieu of the issues found. The car was advertised with two keys, upon his review he only had the one which was a problem. He managed to arrange a new one cut/coded within 24 hrs and prior to the collection. Appreciate that some people have had bad dealings in the past but would strongly recommend that one actually views/tests the car they are buying from any seller prior to parting cash for it.

Great Car and Service I bought car AUDI from car megastar cars and there service was really good the sales team. there job is to sell you a car so they will ask you question. If you find things on the car that need doing like chips or wheel damage they will sort this for you before you pick the car up. I will be coming back to buy another car soon!

After visiting a dozen car dealers all offering cars around 4k our expectations were rock bottom when we drove to Megastar cars. We were immediately delighted with the level of service and the quality of the vehicle. A used car is exactly that, used. It isn't supposed to battered, blightef with scraped paint or destroyed alloys and described in an advert as 'good condition', a fact other dealers seem to have trouble understanding. All the cars in Megastar cars showroom were in good condition for used vehicles. Sure they might have a slight scrape on an alloy or a tiny stone chip on the front wing but they're not factory fresh. Other than that they're in good condition. The car we were looking at was burried 5 cars back from the entrance. When we asked to test drive it, they didn't complain like other dealers do. The cars were moved without fuss allowing us to proceed with a test drive. When we asked for the car to be mot and serviced, again no issue despite the car already having a little over 4 months on the mot. (Other dealers refuse to do this.) I recommend you look around but be sure to visit Megastar cars. If they have a vehicle you like, I doubt you'll be disappointed with the condition of it or customer service offered. Got the avoidance of doubt, I am not affiliated to Megastar cars other than I'm a customer who they delighted.
