The best garage in London. Ignore any of these negative reviews, if you know about cars and want your cars to work and have the most reliable parts, go to Palace Motors. The difference between them and other garages are that they are honest. I've been going to them for 9 years with my classic Porsche and two old Fords. I'm a racing driver and still use other garages but if you want strange problems diagnosed and fixed quickly these are the guys you need. The staff are always very friendly and they do their best to fit you in at short notice, even if you arrive on the back of a trailer...

The best ever experience I had in a garage. I mean these people are pretty unique nowadays. I took my car this morning thinking that they were going to tell me that the price was going to be crazy. I literally thought I would have to get rid of my car because the cost of mending it was going to be higher than the actual price of my old car. To my surprise, they call me to say the car is ready and the cost of the fix is £50? I haven't met so honest people in so long!!! I made clear to them this morning that I imagined the cost of repairing was going to be very high and they didn't take advantage of that knowledge. Thank you so so much, this is the most honest place I have ever been and you just made me have faith that there are still honest garages!!!. Thank you, thank you, thank youuuuu. I am recommending you to everyone I know!

Palace Motors, are the only honest garage I have ever seen. I have been using therm for the last 10 years. They always have a smile and a coffee ready for me, work is carried out at the highest possible standard that you can imagine and the cost is extremely reasonable. Every now and then that I have a technical question about my car, their manager takes time to answer all my questions over the phone without charging a penny for his time. I can not recommend enough the Palace Motors. Just become their customer once and you will be going there for as long as you own a car.

I've used Palace Motors since around the mid-nineties. Theo and Roy are great, straight-talking and no bullshit. I've seen a couple of negative reviews, and, to be frank, I get the impression that these people had issues that they are choosing to keep quiet. I've never had a problem with this garage, and I can't count the number of times that I've used them.
