Precision limited has been exceptional to do business with. I was greeted immediately upon walking up to the entrance and I was told that I will be seen by a sales representative, this gave me time to have a look at their wonderful collection of cars. Andrew then greeted me, my wife and cousin with the biggest smile, he showed me the car I wanted to purchase which was an Audi Q3 and took it for a test drive. Andrew was very professional, polite and personable he made the experience a lot less daunting, who also felt like they didn't need to push the sale...I ended up purchasing the car which had an issue with the entertainment system but Andrew was quick to get this resolved, I have to mention this is an Audi issue and not an isolated issue. I was introduced to Paul and Lee who co-owned the business and were both very friendly. Thank you to the whole team at Precision limited, I will keep you in mind for the next vehicle purchase, one of the best places to shop for a car in London..Keep up the great work P.S. I am beyond blown away with the level of service these guys perform. I bought a car and a week later it had an issue. Two Mechanics on my doorstep within 40 minutes. Fixed it on doorstep but took it away to be a million percent sure okay and safe to give me piece of mind. Polite and genuine. No other garage has ever offered this level of service. Just purchased an Audi A5 S line Black edition from them. The service was absolutely outstanding, no fuss, no , bull, and the car is exactly what it says on the tin. Massive thank you to Andrew, he wasn’t only fully professional in every aspect, I had a good laugh with him, and he’s a proper down to earth geezer! The only drawback ,was when I arrived there was an absolute array of stunning high end cars, but when I asked Andrew if I could swap the Audi for the stunning M4 , gleaming in it’s glory, He declined , no festive spirit at all, although I do think another 50 grand on top , was maybe an early Xmas present wish on my behalf!😂😂😂😂 Many thanks Russ

Amazing customer service. Very relaxed, no pressure outlook. The place to go if your after a second hand car. Very easy to deal with and fair prices on all cars in the showroom. I brought a Golf GTD MK7.5 from this showroom. Very helpful and understanding whilst sorting out insurance and tax. Fair price given on the part exchange and very helpful throughout the whole process. This was on a Sunday as well and was very simple to book a test drive at such short notice. Simply no faults very pleasant day and I walked away with the car I wanted in a matter of about an hour. Will be and have recommended to people.

I can not fault this business what so ever, I've been telling all my friends and family to shop here for their next car when they decide to upgrade! I can't recommend them enough. All the staff are very friendly and accomadating, I was offered a cold drink upon arrival which I couldn't accept quick enough given the hot weather especially after a long train journey from Bolton. The car I travelled for recieved a full valet while I went through the paperwork side of the sale with a staff member called Andrew, great bloke, answered and clarified anything I wanted to know as well as went out of his way to give me my ID back when I went outside for a smoke... it's the little things! It's just after this when my self-induced nightmare began. I had completely forgot to update my current address on my license, bank statements, phone bill etc after recently moving into a new place therefore I was 250+ miles from home without the proof of address I needed to be allowed to take the vehicle, the vehicle I needed to get home. For the next 4 hours I was ringing everywhere I could to possibly prove I lived at the address I had given with no success due to the 'update' having to be processed over a number of days. Andrew had to leave to complete some other form of work for the company in this time therefore Paul took over dealings with me. Paul went above and beyond for me as a customer, I honestly can not thank him enough for his patience and persistence to make sure I could leave with the Car. Ringing and ringing the finance company as well as their staff members prior to me getting POA to see if the finance company would accept all sorts of different attempts of POA I had scraped up, all of which didn't suffice. Paul even stayed hours after closing time when all the other staff had gone home to assure I wasn't stranded and could take the vehicle. After almost having a full-blown breakdown in fear of being stranded with no way home, I managed to get the correct POA and was allowed to take the car... at least 2 hours after closing time. Paul had no obligation to stay, could of shut up shop and gone on with his evening but he didn't. I truly couldn't be more thankful. The car is absolutely fantastic, exactly as advertised but better than expected, no problems to this date and I have pushed it through it's paces. I'll definitely be returning in the future but this time with the correct credentials haha! The quality of service and customer service skills of all staff, ESPECIALLY Paul, are unmeasurable. If you want a car worth your money and time then this is the place to go.

The mercedes c class I part exchanged for from this company is a very good car, however the satellite module was missing from the glove box and they didn't reply to me regarding this. Due to distance I couldn't go back to see them so £500 for a new 1 from mercedes!. Advice!!!! Just check everything before you leave there garage.

Had a couple of little issues which the guys were more than happy to rectify for me under warrenty which im extremely grateful for. The whole car buying process was a breeze, They gave decent part exchange values for the vehicles i was looking to get rid of in place of the c63, However i managed to sell them privately for a little bit more as you can imagine.
