After trying other companies and being let down with them not showing up or offering a lot lower than standard for my car Remove My Car really amazed me with how fast and prompt they where.
Within the hour of entering my details on their website I was called and had a time confirmed for collection and a good offer for my car. Adding onto the fantastic experience the money went into my account promptly too.
The person who collected my car was awesome. When I advised him I would have to keep him waiting for 20 minutes due to being stuck in work he was happy to wait.
I hope I don't have another car that needs scrapping again for a few years but if I do i'll use them again for sure.
10/10 would recommend to anyone.
B. P.Managed to scrap my car, although the online valuation given and that I was expecting was not paid. Had 2 people ring me both offering much less than the price promised online. Assumed that the price they show you online and you accept is what you will be paid, but website is just a broker and ultimately down to the person scrapping what they pay you in the end. Concept works but needs refinement to ensure customers/users are given correct information.
