Came across Rikon through word of mouth and true to the recommendation, they did not fail to deliver. Being busy with work I wanted to allow someone to sell my car without having the hassle to deal with all the phone calls and the paperwork involved. Jag and Kay were always honest and helpful from the beginning and I was surprised how quickly they were able to sell my car for the price I wanted, smooth and easy transaction considering I did not even have to lift a finger! Very pleased with their efforts from start to finish and highly recommended wether you're selling a car or looking for something new.

Extremely easy and efficient transaction! Called to purchase a Tesla on Friday afternoon and dealt with Kay who was a pleasure to deal with. Paid for it within the hour with Jag delivering it to my house on Saturday morning, again a pleasure to deal with. Stand up guy. DVLA and Tesla transfer of ownership all done on the spot when being delivered so literally required me to do nothing but confirm I’m happy with the car. I would certainly use Rikon again.

I bought a car from them last week. Contacted them Friday night and harry was good enough to keep in contact over the weekend providing photos, video tour and copies of all the documentation. The car was ready and waiting Monday morning and it was exactly as described, we had a very open and honest conversation about pricing, and after agreeing a deal I left my own car in their free and secure parking space while I took my family for a look around the local tourist sights. The car was MOTd while we had lunch and then we finished the deal and collected all in the same day. We did discover the wheels weren't properly balanced on the drive home, which to be fair no one would pick up because you can't drive over 60mph on park Lane, and they'd had the wheels refurbished for sale so they looked brilliant but the company doing it seem to have forgotten weights on 1 wheel - Harry is sorting the cost of that for me to do locally so I dont have to return to London. I had a better and more honest transaction with these guys than when I bought new from BMW and audi - I guess you get out of these transactions what you put in... i was ready to buy a car and they had a great car at a good price which was ready to go and accurately described. I'll be looking to use them again.
