We never intended to buy a car here. We were just passing time while we waited for someone to be free at the Ford garage opposite. We also struggled to be excited as we were buying a car because our old one had been stolen . Buying a car can be stressful. However, Harry was super friendly and helpful. The process was easy and smooth. Sometimes when things are that easy they are meant to be. Thank you Harry for your help and empathy. You made the experience a pleasure.

I'm so impressed by the team here. I had a fault on a new e-208 so they got me in quick to review and try to fix while I wait. I had work to do on my laptop while I waited but I was struggling to get work done in the normal waiting area: low table, no power etc. They proactively approached me to offer me a spare desk, proper chair and somewhere to plugin my laptop so that I could work comfortably. They also offered to get me a hot drink too. Customer care which is above and beyond I've ever experienced with any other car dealer.
They diagnosed the issue with the car to a rare case of an incorrect sensor being installed at the factory when the car was built and the new part is on order to get replaced. I can still use the car while we wait for the part.
Very pleased. Thank you v much for the excellent service. See you soon to finalise the fix once the part arrives.

I emailed my complaint to B Davey this Morning 02/02/22 who responded Very quickly with the Service Manager Uhbi ringing me,1 hr later They Agreed that I should never been Charged for the Repair while in their Care!
The Vauxhall Meriva Owners forum suggested I do this! Very Helpful Tech Advice as well! The Matter is Now Resolved to my satisfaction!So always ask advice& point out a Reasonable Point to a Dealer! I think That I can now feel assured & they can Keep me as a Loyal Customer of 5 years after this! So the problem is Resolved with a Refund ! This complaint has been dealt with Satisfactorily They understood my views!

Just got my hands on a Grandland X Ultimate, thanks to the help of Daniel.
The sales man (Daniel) was easy to deal with, polite, very accommodating, informative, overall very well done. I'm usually not easily pleased!

Was a great experience, Terry was very helpful and had a pool of knowledge around motabily even though he said still needed to complete his training. We had a great time ordering our new car. Happy we found a new dealer that knows how to treat ppl with a disability.

The communication to set up a test drive and then purchase the car was faultless. Terry was ready and waiting for us to arrive and was very clear in all his explanations and information giving, but was also very relaxed and I never felt I was being rushed or pushed into making decisions.
Any information sent by email was duplicated, but I found that reassuring as I'd rather receive something twice than not at all.
The car was in immaculate condition when I went to pick it up and Terry was also very helpful about an alternative route home that meant I didn't have to drive right through central London in a new car!
