Sold them my car last week. It was easy enough to find them. I did get there early, and the manager did fit me in earlier due to a cancellation. It took about 10-15 minutes in all. They do warn you that the online quote is given for cars in a pristine condition. I had a firm price within 5 minutes, and to be fair wasn’t at all bad. It was much more than any of the other sites had offered, and much better than part exchange. As long as you have the relevant documents with you you complete there and then. They do call you the day before to confirm, and advise what you need to bring. Obviously the sale is conducted outside due to social distancing.

So my review will be two fold.
Overall company model: 1*
Essentially you will never get the valuation price unless you buy the car from a showroom and drive it straight to webuyanycar - even then if you somehow lose the owners manual on the way, this will set you back £60. Getting any minor scratch will set you back £100's, not having the second key another £150 - even with a full service history, MOT and such, you will never get the full amount. Each year of service history missing is another £150 off the price. I was quoted £3.5k, I got £3k. They also charge you £50 for a "transaction fee" and a further £30 for you to get your money there and then. Otherwise you have to wait 4 business days. The business model is this. They know that if you are driving through the gates, it's unlikely you're going to want to walk away with nothing. Right off the bat, since most people who go to webuyanycar are wanting a quick, hassle free sale, they have the upper hand. Unfortunately; because most people who are wanting a quick and easy sale are either; like me and in a difficult financial situation and need the extra cash, or just have little time to sell their cars, or even both. This is the service webuyanycar provides. We are the target market. If you want more money for your car, shop around, or take the time to sell it properly. These rip off merchants will trick you with high valuations, shave off 10-15% for benign faults and laugh in your face while they're doing it.

The guy I had was really nice, professional and honest. He told me straight what he could do, and what he couldn't do for me - it seems that the company gives staff strict parameters that they can operate in, how much they can offer etc. Essentially what this does is creates a rock and hard place situation where the person there in front of you is "tied" by company regs. They chose to work for webuyanycar, but they are just trying to make a living like the rest of us.

Quick and efficient service! But too much deductions for various reasons such as same day transaction fee ?!!! It’s hard to justify that! Yet you still get a better deal than a part exchange for sure!

I had read the reviews online and tbh was not expecting much. I had been offered a trade in value for my car from a dealer but before I committed, I went to we buy any car to see how they would fair. In short, dealer offered me £7500, we buy any car it was £8025 AFTER fees and the additional charge to get the money the next day.
I was very pleased with the service and the ease of it. Yes, i could have got more selling privately, I know that - but I wanted something hassle free, and this was exactly that.
I feel that those complaining are comparing WBAC to private sales and that is an unfair comparison. You need to compare against dealer trade-in prices. If you want more money for you car, YOU need to put the effort in to sell privately. If you want convenience then you have to expect to pay a price for that.

I was supporting someone else selling their car. This was potentially a stressful and upsetting event for reasons I don't want to elaborate on here, but the professional and courteous service and efficient, prompt execution of the process proved highly satisfactory. We felt the price received was within the range we were anticipating in the current market, and we did not feel we were being taken advantage of, for our lack of know-how in selling a car. We realise we could have got a higher price through other means, with more effort on our part, but the ease and speed of selling here was worth receiving effectively the auction value of the car, which was in excellent mechanical condition, but had some normal age related cosmetic wear and tear.

Com by going on the Internet got a quote with in a few minutes which lasts for 7 days I booked an appointment at tower bridge centre 2 days later the person who looked at my vehicle did not find fault where there was none alloys a bit scratched a couple of paint issues so price came down a few hundred quid which I could except valuator was not pushy in anyway but professional in everyway I agreed to sell my car thank you we buy any car.
