Exceptional customer service. Robert & Neil ensured a fast, professional and very pleasant and easy transaction. Update: Had my Mitsi a year now and on the whole been very pleased with it. However, reduced my 5 star rating to 3 as communication and a few issues have been either avoided or taking way too long. A 2016 vehicle with 30k miles on the clock should not get rust and should be under warranty.

Phoned at short notice with problem. Very helpful staff agreed to look at my car the next day. Found significant fault and advised best way to engineer repair. Part required was on long delivery, so was helped to have car moved to my local dealer. Would have preferred to have given West London Mitsubishi the business, but on this occasion it was not practical. special thanks to Richard and Bez in the Service Department for their help. By the way - i have taken out Mitsubishi's Extended Warranty for some time - often thought it was expensive, but when you need it, wow, what a service. Would recommend.

I want to record our appreciation for the customer service we received, on my wife’s car, from West Motor Company Barnes. My wife has just sold her 5th Mitsubishi Shogun and it was in great shape with a perfect service record. Bes, Tony and the Team at the Garage were always extremely helpful and whenever the car needed any attention, however big or small, the garage collected it and returned it to our home, without hesitation. The car was always returned having been cleaned, as well as receiving whatever attention was required. Any MOT’s were also carried out with the minimum fuss. Visited West London Mitsubishi after visiting 2 pretentious German Brands on the Great West Road. Nigel welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile and took us for a test drive in the PHEV. Very clear explanations and real enthusiasm for the car. We felt totally un-pressurised. It was refreshing to find a small dealership where the customers needs come first. My Wife and Children were at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We cant believe we've lived in Richmond for 10 years and only just found this charming little family run business. I visited here last week with the view to purchasing a new car. The sales staff were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile, compared to the other Mitsubishi dealership in south London, they really do stand out. However what concerned us is the attitude of the owners, whilst we were talking with the gentleman looking after us, one of the owners was belittling another member of staff to such an extent I wouldn’t purchase a car from them. No employee should face that level of critiscism and what would be classed as bullying, either in front of a customer or in a private room. I wish I had recorded it and sent it to Mitsubishi head office as it isn’t acceptable. I believe in treating staff with respect, for that reason I would not purchase a car from here.

Leased my PHEV a couple weeks ago and to be honest, some of the reviews I read was not encouraging. I decided to go there anyway as one mans rubbish is another mans treasure. Anyway, met Karrar and from the off this guy was brilliant, he explained everything I asked in plain understandable language and gave me the confidence to order my vehicle then and there. I was told it would be a two weeks wait and sure enough each time I called with a query or for information he would update me so I was totally in my comfort zone. Paper work was done diligently and with efficiency. I now have my vehicle and its turned out to be just as brilliant as the customer service I received on the first visit to the last. A week after the purchase of a 2016 Mitsubishi PHEV and so far very pleased. The mileage of the car had been quite significantly underestimated prior to the cars arrival(2500 miles more) but an amicable fare deal was agreed, by Robert Whiter. I do hope that Mitsubishi West London, can live up to the after purchase service agreement and eliminate the worrying service reviews given by other clients. My previous experience with Landrover was appalling and I do hope Mitsubishi West London can earn more good reviews with efficient fare servicing.

Used the garage as they are the closest Saab recommended one. The prices are a little on the high end but they did pick and drop off the car and the repairs done seem to have greatly improved the state of my ageing Saab. They were also receptive to me not doing everything that was suggested and the person I worked with did also give me good advice around what is cosmetic and what what he considers a must and optional repairs. I'll probably use them again and the 1 star is deducted purely for the price.

I recently purchased an Eclipse Cross Black edition. After test driving 2 other cars I decided to go for the Mitsubishi. Karrar was very good when showing me around the car and not at all pushy during the sales process. He called me at agreed times to see what my decision was. We a few bumps in the road but Karrar called me and kept me updated of what was going on. Last night I picked up my new car, Karrar showed me around the car and explained everything I needed to know.
