A lovely company offering great cars and fantastic customer service. As EV newbies we were taken through our options very carefully and Emma, Martin and Arthur patiently answered the myriad of questions that we had. The whole buying experience was stress and pressure free and we have ended up with a car that we have already fallen in love with... we wish we have found out about Wisely Automotive and their carefully sourced/prepared i3's before now as we would have taken the 'plunge' into EV ownership long ago - Thanks for everything

People you can trust! I bought my i3 from Wiseley blind as I live in Yorkshire and I cannot fault the team with the way they dealt with me. They then followed up with exceptional service getting some snow tires and hubs up to me and dealing with a small repair which they could easily have pushed back on. There are plenty of places to buy cars these days but not many that inspire such confidence. Recommended.

Choose Wisely An unusually and genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. This is not a typical used car sales outfit by any stretch of the imagination. Genuinely nice and knowledgeable people selling well prepared vehicles with full aftersales support. I purchased a vehicle and arranged finance over the phone on a Sunday and had an immaculate vehicle delivered the very next morning (in the snow) with a comprehensive handover. A week later, there was a minor, minor issue probably due to the 12v battery and cold weather, but these guys said no problem, we'll order a spare battery from BMW just in case and will come over and fit the battery or update the operating system. I can not recall ever having such confidence in a vehicle purchase in over 20yrs. Buy from these guys with complete confidence.

This is the first time that I have ever felt able to give a positive review of any car buying service including main dealers. Arthur from Wisely Sold contacted me directly after seeing my advert for my bmw-i3 on the Facebook i3 forum. He discussed the car with me on the phone and made me a fantastic offer very close to my asking price which i accepted and within 10 mins the deposit was in my bank and he was on the train from London to me in the West Midlands. I picked him up from my local station and he inspected the car, no quibbles, no picking faults and we went inside to complete the sale. I had first hand experience this week with Wisely SOLD and the sale of my Jaguar F Type V8 S. The service was fantastic from start to finish, keeping me informed during the whole process and ensuring I understood each stage of the transaction. Not only did they better the closest offer for my vehicle by £500, they also; picked the vehicle up for free, transferred the funds to my account and settled my finance in front me with confirmations via email of the latter. The vehicle was then transferred into their name on the DVLA website ending an absolute seamless process. I would have no hesitation to contact them again should I need to use their services.

What a pleasant change from a lot of the dealers out there! An extremely easy engagement with Arthur & team, which in the end didn't come to fruition, purely down to changes in my circumstances, rather than anything from Wisely SOLD's side. I had a pretty awful experience with another car buying company that I will not name at this time, so I had resigned myself to the torture of enduring the en masse tyre kickers. Not a place you would normally expect a car dealership but easy enough to find. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a very friendly dog there so if you're allergic be aware. There is also a bathroom.
