Had my car booked in just before Xmas which was under warranty I dealt with micheal brilliant customer service and he kept me up-to-date with all that what was going on with my car it was a hassle free experience I would very much rate this garage I have had one other good experience and that was vauxhall at welling branch last year I think jwking are very thoughtful to there customers which says a lot

Very friendly staff but there is a limited choice of vehicles to choose from on site. Although combined with the use of their website they are exceptional at securing said vehicle & having it delivered to this dealership for you to view, test drive & purchase.

I brought a second hand car last week from Jeff Dixon. He was exceptional. I had previously been sold a car from another Vauxhall dealership and my confidence in salemen was not great. I had only experienced them trying to sell me a product and not really explaining things appropriately or correctly nor listening to what i needed. However, Jeff was the complete opposite. He listened to my circumstances and what i desired and explained all options in detail- including the positives and negatives. This allowed me to make a really informed decision, one which i felt confident in making not not pressured. Once we had found a couple of cars i was interested in, Jeff arranged viewings and test drives. Me and a friend spent a few hours with him and he was exceptionally honest, welcoming and helpful. He was a 10/10 salesman. I ended up buying a second hand SUV for less than my previous monthly outgoings. Jeff restored my faith in salesman and the trade and made it an enjoyable experience.

Excellent customer service, really helpful staff, no nasty surprises, fixed price service and repairs. They knew exactly what was wrong with car after the evaluation (they should it is a vauxhall vehicle and would be worried if they didn't). Appreciate the fact they don't do guess work and have most prices for repairs listed on their website. Reasonably priced, had the mot and service done since had the car going in for repairs. A little disappointed I didn't get my free thermal mug as promised on their website. Also should mention the service club a waste of time don't bother, ohh forgot to mention the overly complicated itemised bill, totally unnecessary but most people know why they do it, it's cool. Definitely recommend this place for all you vehicles service needs.

Friendly local filling station open most hours, small but expensive range of food just like any other petrol station. Good petrol prices, but pay before you fill up in the early hours. Cash or cards.

I drove my Zafira through a car wash and it caught fire. I was holding down the auto button whilst pushing the foot break down, I thought it would be the safest place to park it.
