A. H.I purchased a car from Jack Henry Group last month and am very happy with the car and the service I received from them. The sales team communicated very well and were happy to answer calls and text messages. They provide a fast and reliable service and most importantly they are trustworthy. I have recommended them to family and friends and will be using them again in the future should I need to sell or buy a vehicle.

There was a slight issue with the parcel shelf but they sorted the problem by simply buying me a new part. The sales and delivery service was excellent and I would happily buy again in the future. Buy with confidence, these guys are decent.

J. G.These guys are great. I bought a car from them in June. It was great for the first few weeks but then had an issue with the DPF. They advised to take it to the garage and get it fixed which I did. Unfortunately, the car had the same issue a further 3 times. After several garage trips (all paid for by them), we decided we could no longer keep the car. They collected the car so they could take it to their own preferred garage and refunded me. So in short, I didn’t have the best experience with the car but their service and communication was excellent! I’d definitely buy from them again in the future.

They respayed my rear bumper due to Lacker pealing which is not very good job as my parking sensors look awfull and keep going off.
Now which this will cost me to get right.
But otherwise there ok.
But I feel there not really interested in the 10k cars as they would rather sell top end cars.
