M. H.Hi I have chance to visit this place few times and I was very welcome by staff offered my hot drinks and sweets also staff very friendly and helpful. I left my car for service and they was ask me do I have done things in past and recommend to check them . They was checked and inform me by video message with all recommendation health check and many other things also provide to me courtesy car . After I collected my it was fully washed outside and inside hoovered everything and they left little gift some sweets and bottle of water which is surprising me and make it smile also is not was cheap but with lexus club membership I got 20% discount which brings price down recommend to get lexus club membership and visit this place when you need help for you car . L. S.Absolutely stunningly beautiful service from the lovely staff at Lexus Maidstone. We travelled 600 miles with a toddler to get our NX and have no regret as Lewis and Jack were so very helpful and kind. Especially Lewis, who even agreed to complete the exchange on a Sunday which is something they do not normally do. Talk about going the extra mile for your customers 🤩 The sale and exchange was done with no trouble and we got everything we wanted plus more. On the day we received such a warm welcome and they did so well in accommodating us with our very tired toddler. We are almost a month in our purchase and just couldn’t be happier with our lovely new car. Thank you again everyone at Lexus Maidstone, you’ve shown great professionalism!

D. R.I received excellent service and a very warm welcome from the staff at Lexus Maidstone, I took my GS in for it's annual service and MOT. They took great care of my car and the work was done in no time at all. There is a comfortable waiting area and tea and biscuits were provided. They even provide a video showing you the underside of your vehicle, which is greatly appreciated, because it's not something you get to see regularly. The Lexus bottled water and mints left in the car after the service was an unexpected but very welcome gesture. All in all a great experience, I have no hesitation recommending Lexus Maidstone to all.

S. L.Recently had the annual service on my ES and, as ever, we were warmly greeted by Richard on arrival. Always sets a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and we really don't mind waiting in the lounge area with the nespresso and good biscuits as Richard himself takes the car away for the works. Before too long mechanic Ashley sends his helpful video demonstrating his findings from the service and then a clearly explained debrief from Richard again when the job's done. Very professional. Also took advantage of the VIP event while there and very impressed with the deal Hardeep found on my next car; again an absolute professional, great depth of brand knowledge and a nice guy too.
