We visited this establishment on 14th Feb 2022 with a view to purchasing a vehicle. We initially was looking at 2nd hand but after a long informative chat with Niall we decided to purchase a new car. Niall is very helpful without being a pushy salesman and we felt very at ease with him and the whole process. We pick up our new car on the 16th February and we could not be happier or more excited.

Contacted these to see if they would be able to help me update my Sat nav on my Peugeot. I had attempted to do it myself but failed miserably. The lady called Sarah did everything she could to help me and managed to rectify my mistakes and update the Sat nav. Cannot fault the service I received at all Recently ordered and drove my new car away with the help of Niall at the Maidstone site. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, very knowledgable and friendly. At first I wasn’t sure what I wanted in terms of an upgrade but he helped me configure my new car and I love it! For anyone looking for a new Peugeot, look no further than Robins & Day Maidstone. Specially ask for either Connor Anderson or Toni. They were friendly, made me feel at home, were patient - when when my children made them jump by pushing one of the car horns in the showroom! - assisted me when I had questions and worked brilliantly as a team throughout my dealings with them. I mention that last part specifically because I did come back more than once and although Connor was helping me, Toni was happy to step in if he was away. In a sales environment, that doesn't always happen. They made are a credit to Peugeot and I’d have no qualms coming back in the future or recommending them to friends and family.

Took my car for service and MOT. Eventhough the car was dropped off early work was not started till mid afternoon, so when it failed the MOT it was not possible to fix and retest the same day. No update until I phoned them. The good thing was that the fix was completed cheaper than expected, so well done.

We set off to get a motorbility car due to my circumstances, as we had a particular car in mind we visited there showroom and started the process of acquiring a new car but it was not too be they tried but due to a time limit which we stipulated they could not deliver… not entirely there fault !!! So we had a think and as I had nearly always had Peugeot vans I thought well let’s go to robins and day parkwood ! So I phoned there number and spoke to an amazing lady called Toni , the most personable, kind helpful lady you could talk to , I told her the problem we had with the timescale and she asked down to discuss the issues and maybe she could help ……… Well when we arrived she greeted us this smiling, bubbly lady called Toni and gave me the impression she was a genuine helpful girl wanting to help our situation……… oh by the way robins and day according to my wife have the most amazing hot chocolate 😂 We sat with Toni and she told us that we could pick the car we wanted which we did, a choice of 3 Peugeot 2008s black white and burnt orange , Toni would try for all 3 and the first one she could get delivered in the set timescale we would take so we chose Bianca white , Toni our Angel 😇 said to us she could make No promises but would do her best ……….. Do her best is an understatement 😳 Toni pulled all the stops out along with the Peugeot team of course but Toni was the drive behind robins and day parkwood Fulfilling our hopes and wishes , Toni consistently made contact with me telling me how the process was going her communication was spot on and such a pleasure to talk too , an absolute Angel 😇 Well let’s get to the best bit ………. A call from our lovely Toni came and she said to me What time Friday do you want to collect your brand new Peugeot 2008 in Bianca white 🥰 And so Friday came ……. We arrived at robins and day Toni and her wonderful smile greeted us we filled in The paperwork and we went to the car collection room where we found our aptly named Bianca waiting for us with a cover and a bow on the bonnet 😊 A sign with my name and congratulations written on the sign ……….. Toni and robins and day knew why we needed the car in a certain time scale and the issues we and our family had endured over the last 18 months , Our wonderful Toni had made our dream come true We sat in Bianca and drove our beautiful Peugeot 2008 home all thanks to Toni our Angel 😇 If you want a dealer and a sales advisor that go so much more than the extra mile , talk to you like you are more than a customer, give you the confidence The humility and compassion every person should expect ………… then I suggest you visit Toni and her amazing team at Robins and Day Parkwood , Maidstone. A couple months ago I purchased a new 208 from Robins & Day Peugeot in Maidstone. I dealt with Connor Anderson who was wonderfully helpful and put up with my constant phone calls asking how it was all going. It’s the most expensive car I’ve purchased, and one across the country at that, but I was made to feel at ease with the updates and great customer service. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it wasn’t delivered on the back of a truck but actually driven down by someone, just expected it to arrive on a truck because of how much it was worth. Plus speaking to another dealership who made me feel quite worried about it saying they would've put it on a truck. However I did get the delivery for free which is why I still give 5 stars. I am so happy with the car and the service I received and would recommend these guys to anyone wanting a good priced Peugeot.

We found that the dealership had one of the few cars in a special we wanted so drive down after ringing to book a test drive Connor was most helpful from the start giving us both a test drive and there was no pressure around purchasing the car we originally test drove. After he showed around other similar soecded cars and spoke to us about what we really wanted from our next car . He then left us to look around the vehicles on the forecourt and came back after speaking to his boss and offers us a brilliant deal on a slightly higher soecded car . We took that for a test drive as well and purchased it . We are due to pick it up this Thursday . Throughout the whole process Connor was excellent...explaining the vehicle the equipment and the various extra that could be purchased as regard to warranty and insurance . Having just come to the end of my agreement on an Allure spec 2008 I wanted an upgrade and have had my eye on the newer 3008 SUV model for a few months. I booked in and sat with Louise at the Maidstone Robins and Day branch. I found Louise to be very good at what she does. She genuinely searched through all options, trying all combinations of packages, sizes, shapes and colours and wasn't afraid to go back to the drawing board if there was a chance that she could find something even slightly better or more suitable and seemed as though she wouldn't stop until she had either exhausted all avenues or found the right car for me, and she did. I have now signed up to a new arrangement on the new 3008 GT Line and couldn't be happier. The new Peugeot's are nice cars and if you decide to go to a dealership to explore your options, based on my experiences, I would recommend the Maidstone branch and sitting with Louise.

Went there when I had a de-pollution fault on the 407 coupe and expected to have to wait for a few days for the car to be sorted out. It was done next day and now feels like new. Expensive repair but they did what was needed with no fuss and extra cost. Fitted me in straight away and took great care of the car. If you want quality then pay for it. The girls on the service desks know their stuff and are a credit to Peugeot. These are the only people that I'll trust with my baby.
