Just picked by new to me car up after having it ceramic coated at Diamond Details. They did an assessment and recommended what they thought was best for what I wanted with the current state of the paintwork. Saad answered all my questions and provided lots of details. Andrew has done a fantastic job of the detailing and coating, everything is shiny , all the plastics, wheels and paintwork look great. Very competitively priced for the service they offer and the skill time and effort put in. Thanks really happy and pleased with the result.

Work done: Clean, polish and ceramic coating of nearly new car. I called Saad at diamond details based on the excellent reviews I saw online to do a full detail and ceramic coating on a nearly new car. Saad was excellent to deal with throughout the process, taking the time to explain the work that I may look to do and to answer my questions. Once I dropped off the car, Saad did a detailed inspection and called to say that some of the work I had requested was not required, which not only saved me some cash, it also exemplified the honest approach that the team have. The end result exceeded even my high expectations. Would highly recommend Saad and the Diamond Details team for car detailing and ceramic coating.

Booked my car for paint correction and stage 1 protection with Sadd. He was very thorough and explained each service for my car. On the day, I dropped my car off at diamond details mcr in the morning and got it back the same day! Most swirl marks disappeared and car is looking new ! Thanks Diamond Details Mcr! Outstanding communication and service! My car was in an awful state after building construction taking place. Guys went out of their way to do the damage evaluation while I was advised to self isolate. Nothing for them seems to be a problem! Absolutely amazing customer service. If you want your car to feel like its being taken care of by family, I can't reccomend this place enough. Saad and his team worked through the night to get my car detailed and ceramic coated in time for me. They updated me with pictures every step of the process and were in constant communication. I've visited a few times now and you can really tell they are car enthusiasts and this channels into their work. They even tried to source me a new tyre when mine went flat and made sure I got home safe. I'll definitely be coming back for some more work!

This is a real gem of a place and really glad I’ve found it. I chose the base package and was literally blown away by the quality of workmanship - far exceeded my expectations and I’m really particular with my car! The attention to detail is simply superb and the car smelt really nice inside with the heaters on - there were no hanging air fresheners it was something to do with decontaminating the air filters; either that or some kind of magic I reckon! The owner Saad is a real personable chap, a proper car guy and a delight to talk to. He literally treats your car as if it were his. I will certainly be going back!

I found Diamond Detailers MCR through a simple Google search, sometimes it’s a risk you take. Sometimes you may just find a gem. I’m so happy it’s the latter and I found this absolute gem of a place 💎 I took my brand new car to Saad and his crew for a full ceramic coat and prep work...it’s come out even better than when I picked it up from the showroom 🤩 its gleaming from the tyres to the roof to the glass! He fit me in with less than a weeks notice, stored the car there for the full 4 days to fully cure 🙌 he was kind enough to give me a heads up about some swirl marks found, an added extra by the dealerships cleaners and polishers...note to self and others...ask for your car not to be cleaned prior to pick up! I know ceramic coating can be done yourself at home, but why risk it when you’ve just spent £000’s on a new precious motor, when you can get the professionals?! It’s a no brainer.
