Great Service from Ashley, the salesman that looked after us. The delivery date was moved back but Ashley kept us informed and worked to ensure the handover went smoothly. Marked down 1 star as phoned a couple of times and left a message for Ashley to call me back but he did not receive the message and the fitted rubber mats supplied were just placed in the footwell instead of being trimmed as per the instruction and actually fitted. I would certainly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a new van.

Aaron was excellent in not only explaining all I needed to know about the van but also managed expectation re delivery . Van came earlier than thought. Great service!! I recently had a fault on my wildtrak, they was quick to book me in to diagnose the fault. Within an hour I had a phone call to tell me the fault had had been fixed. I was told what the fault was (wiring fault) and haven’t had a problem since. Since then I’ve used Ford for a full service and a air con re-gas top service.

I bought a car from Evans Halshaw yesterday on Saturday 23rd March. The service was brilliant and the Sales rep called Ben really helped me decide which car was best as I was torn between two Nissan Micras which were very similar but had a seat in both to get a good feel of them and taken my time to look. The rep was patient and not pushy. He answered any questions I had very well and went through all paperwork thoroughly. Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Highly recommended even if it's for a second hand car as they're in good condition.

Dealt with Jordan Marsden from Evans Halshaw Transit Centre recently whilst we were looking for a new Transit Custom. Throughout he was courteous, extremely efficient and always came back to me when he promised he would. He bent over backwards for over a week to try and find us a van and came up with a number of options but unfortunately it was not possible on this occasion to find one for us that met our requirements. That said I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a new van.
