Amazing customer service. I purchased a car late last year unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to return the car and downsize. John and his colleagues were amazing through out and really informative as I don't really know much about cars. When I needed a repair done on the vehicle a few months later the guys at Motor planet were amazing they kept me up to date with the progress all most daily and even though my car only went in for a repair it came back cleaner then I left it. I would recommend anyone to buy used cars from this dealership. The cars are immaculate have warranty and just generally great customer service!!

My wife bought a car from here 2weeks ago. Everything went smoothly but couldn't get the deal I wanted, Jon wouldn't budge on the price. Had a problem with driver's door which we took to a body shop to fix and Jon paid the bill.

Well where do I start. I live in London and saw the car I bought on Autotrader. I contacted Jon, and after a good conversation a friend of mine who lives in Manchester had a test drive for me. I paid the £99 deposit to reserve the car and went up on the train last Monday. Jon met me at the train station and I finally got to drive the car. Went back to the office and completed the transaction. All paperwork done and we spoke about the brilliant 7 day money back guarantee and also got a 3 month warranty. I drove home on the Tuesday as I am not one to miss out on a good night out! No issues with the journey but when I got home I realised the stop/start system wasn't working. I contacted Jon and he paid me to get the diagnostics checked and the battery, as this is the usual suspect with this issue. The battery was confirmed as not holding its charge sufficiently for the system to work properly. This has been replaced and Jon paid for this too. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent and I would highly recommend using Motor Planet.

This is the second vehicle in a year that I've purchased from Motor Planet. The first one I picked up was a 2015 Peugeot 308 that is my wife's daily driver. She bought the 308 in February and we haven't had any issues whatsoever. Next was I needed a nice motor for myself that was also big enough for the family. Jon fixed me up with a nice 2014 Vauxhall Mokka 1.7 Exclusive. The interior is just as clean as the exterior. Drove it home today and couldn't be happier with it. Both were fantastic prices and when it comes time for a new ride our first stop will be at Motor Planet. A+

Jon and Mark are fantastic! I bought a lovely Mercedes from these guys and they were brilliant to deal with. They picked me up, took me for a hire car whilst I was waiting for the car to be ready. Always on the phone when i needed them. I couldn't figure out the Bluetooth and they came all the way back from Stockport in the evening to help me out with it after a long day. This company is amazing and I would highly recommend them. The car is great, can't thank them enough really. Keep doing a good job guys!! Lovey guys, I needed a new car and I’d seen one I liked on autotrader. Got in touch with the finance company and then they did they rest. Arrived at motor planet the next day to see my car being cleaned and prepped. The team were lovely, nothing was too much. Just as I was about to drive away I noticed a chip on the windscreen and my heart sank. I went back and the guys sorted it and paid for it to be fixed. Highly recommended.

My niece traded in her 1 series BMW against a low mileage Mini convertible, a cracking little motor, really looking forward to the summer when we can have the roof down. John the proprietor was really helpful and friendly, and we had a good bit of banter with him when we viewed the cars on the lot. He was also more than happy to put right a couple of minor cosmetic faults we spotted on the Mini when we finally got round to sorting out the deal, nothing major but when sorted they made the car look really special. Pleasant and efficient operation with excellent communications. Vehicle that I brought (Nissan 350Z Convertible) was as described and had precisely the pedigree that had been publicised. Very helpful at the point of sale. My only issue was that I could net get them to meet me on price even though we were very close. I understand that, having just paid £1485.00 to Nissan for a roof control module replacement, they would have had less room for manouvre than normal. I am very pleased with the car and it drives without fault. I would do business with them again in the future - Thank you.

I bought Citroen Picasso off Motor planets ebay site without viewing it as we were over 100 miles away, Alan was extremely helpful with everything kept us well informed through every step, delivery was arranged for us and Dave the delivery driver was very helpful and very pleasant, vehicle was as described on website Alan assured us vehicle had been test driven and everything was as it should be, when vehicle arrived we were very pleased with it and the 3 month warranty and full MOT would definitely buy from them again, only one small issue was it could have been better valeted inside. Found a 2015 Peugeot 308 on Autotrader and was directed to Motor Planet. The price was very reasonable and the vehicle was clean inside and out. The vehicle needed some minor maintenance (Terraclean) and a factory reset of the electronic display which was taken care of by Motor Planet. I'll buy another car from them this summer.

We travelled up to Motor Planet,Manchester last Saturday to view a Ford B Max that I saw on motor trader & Ebay .I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks & am quite fussy.I messaged the garage on Friday to let them know we were coming & on arrival the car was waiting for us looking spotless.We were greeted by Jon,who was very helpful & polite,friendly but not pushy & we were able to go on a test drive straight away.I really liked the car & left a deposit.Jon was very helpful & offered to arrange delivery of the vehicle to our home if required but we decided to travel up by train the following Saturday to collect it.Jon offered to collect us from the train station which was really helpful even though we had our dog,we did decide to walk though & were offered coffee by his colleague on arrival. The service we received here was very good & we are very pleased with our lovely new car,it drove home like a dream averaging 72.4 mpg on our 100 mile journey home to the Midlands. Motor Planet is easy to find & within just under a mile walk from Hyde Central train station with a Morrison’s fuel station nearby so you can fill up for your journey home.Thankyou Motor Planet.👍🏻😊
