What can I say about Simply Van Sale (SVS), except they are exceptional. Roy is a true gent, professional and extremely helpful. There is nothing he won't do for you. We purchased vans off SVS and the guys look after us. Not only are their vans competitive in price but also extremely good value and the service you get alongside buying an SVS vehicle is like no other. Customer service is really everything and trust is everything. Roy has a tight ship over there and the people who work at SVS are honest and hard working. Reason I give them 5 stars is because they(Nick) actually sat with me for 6 hours helping me find the cheapest insurance company. Ive been looking for a van for some time but i have little knowledge on what to look for on a used vehicle. I'm pleased I bought a van from SVS and would do so again. After a couple of issues, I wouldn't have any problem recommending them to anyone. There was a problem when we went to collect the van, which although it took a couple of months to sort out (mostly my fault) they stood by their sale and eventually got it sorted to my complete satisfaction, at minimal cost to me. A minor breakdown was completely covered by the excellent RAC cover they included in the sale - recovery off the motorway back to them and a speedy turn-around on the repair and claims process. As a business owner myself, a good measure of a business is whether you would return and use them again. I certainly would with Simply Vans. Keep up the great work guys.

Recently purchased a van from SVS and I have to say that the service from the initial enquiry up to the completion of the sale was second to none. Nick and the team at SVS are extremely helpful, don't put any pressure on you and aren't in the business of making a quick quid or ripping you off. I have limit knowledge of vans and the put me at ease throughout. Nick even sorted out an auto electrician to fit some reversing sensors on the van for me which was done very quickly and cheaply. I would recommend anyone to use SVS if you are in the market for a quality van and a nice easy process

if you're looking for a quality van and BRILLIANT customer service, save yourself a lot of time and effort and head straight to Irlam to see these chaps! No sales spiel, no pressure and absolutely no bull***t...... just a great selection of vans, friendly staff and clear talk in layman's terms. It can be daunting getting a new vehicle as it's such a big investment but my mind was put at ease straight away, Nick was fantastic at explaining everything. Just bought a 2013 transit jumbo from Roy and his team (Nick mainly) I travelled 4.5hours on train and bought a return ticket just incase simply vans was like most other companies that just lie. I can honestly say Nick described it spot on, I did not need my return train ticket. It's nice to see a company that's true to it's word, that sells with rac warranty platinum for peace of mind. Not only do these lads sell vans they also do servicing and repairs including cars. We've just had the timing belt and water pump replaced on our VW Tiguan. Using genuine VW parts for a fraction of the price quoted by the main VW dealer. Definitely recommend SVS speak to Nick he will do all he can to help and save you money.

My husband to our disappointment struggled at first to get the van on finance but the guys at svs worked tirelessly to make sure we got what we wanted. excellent service from start to finish, after being messed around by another dealer we asked these guys to keep hold of a van while we travelled up they took it off sale until we got there and it was as good as it looked in the advert if not better, very low mileage excellent condition no hard sales just a cuppa and a nice chat, loads of good Vans on site, by far the best commercial vehicle sales garages I've ever been to, had a problem with the sat nav and radio not working the day after we got it, they were more than happy to help and fixed the problem in 15 mins of being there and now works perfectly, big thanks to Nick & Kenny who were very helpful from start to finish, I know where I'll be coming for any Vans we need in the future 5*
