I. M.I was extremely pleased with the Bletchley Hyundai team this past Monday when our vehicle was collected for it's two year service. A very pleasant gentleman called Ron arrived to pick up the vehicle at our home address after making a courtesy call on the telephone to tell us he was on his way. The Technician recorded the inspection and sent us the link so that we could view for ourselves by way of video. I had never experienced this by any other dealer previously but I appreciate technology in time moves on. The car was returned to me by the very pleasant Ron in around 3 hours, which was quite incredible. In this time the car had been serviced, washed & valeted. It looked like a brand new car again. I was given a paper report on details of the service, which can also be viewed online. The experience for me was top class in a what seemed a super fast time. Very happy 😊
C. M.Eventually got our car delivered. Very pleased with it. Had a few issues along the way but Ali was professional and polite. Another mention to Mark the service manager who pulled one out to ensure the correct wiring kit for my tow bar was resourced and fitted before my holiday date. Cheers guys.
R. M.I was able to select a date for servicing my car within a week and was given a quotation for the work. On the day, I was treated with politeness and a smile and offered a complimentary wash/valet (for the car, not me). I was also told that I would be able to collect the car in the afternoon and that I would receive a phone call to tell me it was actually ready. I first received a call asking if I wanted them to replace the split wiper blades. Later, it suited me to call them to see if my car was ready early. It was, although they had not started the wash. I settled the bill and left. All very easy.

V. H.Ordered a Tucson which turned up earlier than expected, it's Perfect!!! All dealt with by Maggie, who was patient and professional and put up with my many phone calls to iron out all the paperwork, so glad we chose this dealership where the staff are bothered about excellent customer service friendly and professional , but well done and thank you goes to Maggie .

He takes you through the controls and every little detail of the car to make you feel safe in your new cars. All the Sales Executives have great customer service.
