J. L. N.Great selection of vehicles and friendly staff to match. Just a pity the finance houses are not helpful at all!! Bank statements show I can comfortably afford the £600 odd (plus I have savings linked to the account) - Finance Declined. So will rather save and pay cash for the car!

m. c.I came looking for a vehicle to upgrade for my birthday. I met Sam. I told him of my specific requirements. He located the perfect vehicle however after careful consideration I advised that the repayments were a little on the higher side. Sam went back and showed me another vehicle which ticked all my required boxes.
Sam was very pleasant, approachable, understanding of my specific needs and very knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything from the Smart and Gap insurance to the other relevant information and found a good finance company for me.

Sam did his best to find what I was looking for, with all the features I wanted, within budget and was patient when I test drove a couple of vehicles..... only to choose the first car I drove 🤦♀️

D. M.Having wrecked my wife's locking wheel nut, after it had been over-tightened by a well-known tyre company, I took her Kia to the Bletchley Kia garage, who had recently serviced her car. The service manager, Dan, was very helpful, and the service team managed to remove the wheel-nut with the use of some high-tech glue to weld the lock-nut to the wheel-nut before loosening it. For that, apart from a replacement set of wheel nuts, they charged me peanuts for labour, and plied me with cups of coffee while I waited for them to undertake this difficult job, as well as washing the car. Great service with a smile, and at a bargain cost too.
