L.Had great customer service from Natalie when purchasing a used mini yesterday. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guiding me through the purchase. She helped me to set up ‘car play’ and made sure that I understood all the controls before driving home.

m. t.Welcoming staffs & quality service but little expensive. Every time they provide a free exterior car wash but they can add interior car wash also.
Last time during inspection they found a nail in the tyre but they could have called me and fixed it. Instead it was informed during handover, I was surprised. I hope they can improve these things.

T.Popped in last week after speaking with Emma via email, I sent out a few enquires and she was the first to get back, responded quickly every time and then arranged to pop in.
I've bought a few cars but this was probably the nicest experience so far, no messing around, no playing hard ball, I asked for what I needed and at what price point and got it.
Don, the retail manager also popped out and had a chat which again was really nice, and he kept me up to date with my application the following day.
