Hi I just wanted to say thank you to david hancock for his above excellent service with our purchase of a car. The car was a used car and had minor scratches but David arranged for all these to be corrected above expectations. His customer service skills although his job are beyond great. He kept us informed even to say nothing there is still a wait. We didnt have to chase anything up. it really was a lovely experience. Absolutely 5 stars deserved.

Very friendly and helpful salesperson (James) approached us on the sales forecourt. We were given the information and advice needed. All was dealt with efficiently and four days later I drove my lovely new car away. I had a full tank of petrol, the car was spotless and I have been enjoying my car enormously. It was good to have the assurance of a purchase through Perry’s with their thorough checks on the car before making it available for sale. They also organised the finance and I am impressed that I can pay off the loan at any time with no penalty charges. Altogether a really good experience, no problems, no frustration no disappointments. Thank you James!

I have used Perrys many times since 1988 when I first moved to Milton Keynes. They are my first port of call when wanting to change my car. Since then I and my family have purchased a total of 15 cars. In all cases I have been delighted and had no problems. We always purchase from the same Salesman Tony Ashton who has been with them all these years. They are trustworthy, provide good quality cars and have a fabulous aftersales services. My most recent purchase is a fabulous Peugeot 2008 which I have now had for just over a week. As expected no problems. Very happy indeed. My only but bear is that they have now introduced a £149 admin fee which I paid but I really don't think it is necessary.

Friendly sales staff, very helpful, sadly after sales not so good. Scratches were pointed out to us on the car with the promise they would be dealt with, but the paint repairs were so bad they have washed off. So far, apart from my initial phone call (with the promise of a call back ) and sending emails with pictures we have had no response. There is also a vibration when in low gear again no response, plus central wheel boss missing which was there when we first saw the car. There was only one key supplied with the car despite the invoice saying there should be two. To buy another key will cost 300.00!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Perrys, staff could not have been more helpful from test drive, through px & purchase, and helping me to set up mobile connection. Today I had a problem with a warning light on the dashboard, a call to the service desk identified the issue and I was given helpful advice, and contact details for Peugeot recovery just in case I needed them! I can highly recommend Perrys Milton Keynes - Peugeot for outstanding customer care and service. Purchasing from them was easy and hassle free as I have bought numerous vehicles from them. Everything from sales to service is excellent with friendly staff who are willing to help and go the extra mile. Warranty issues with Peugeot are really well honoured and this underpins my confidence in the brand as a whole whether you buying a used or new car. Additionally, now having my new GTi for a good few months and after having the first gen version, I was pleasantly surprised that the new model is way much better, even though they say it is 260bhp as opposed to the 270bhp of the previous version. The new GTi is more responsive and definitely more eager to go! Well done PSA Peugeot!

We have always bought our cars from Perrys Milton Keynes, have been treated well normally staff are excellent but we did have one bad salesperson not long back, we nearly said no mire but then we thought of all the good time and all the helpful staff, also to date we have never had any major problem little minor issues which they have quickly resolved, the support team is also very supportive and helpful and the mechanics, I know sometimes we could get a better price for our cars elsewhere but sometimes its just easy to do a straight swap etc. But really need to investigate how much I could save by selling my car first. We are looking to change our car and have already been to see the team and discussed what we are looking for so now just waiting to hear back will see how long they take, if to long will go elsewhere as mentioned still not comfortable after the past experience even though have given them 4 stars would have given 5 stars might be time for a change will see if they sort out a decent offer or not plenty of cars for sale around MK at very good prices but you must also take into account customer support and service offered

Thank you very much for all the time you spent with us in April when buying our Ecosport from you, to enable me a comfier commute and have enough room for our big rehomed dog , who required a lot of boot room, and so the search for a new vehicle wasn't very straight forward, but Tony who we've dealt with before when buying at Perry's made it all very simple, straightforward and successful transaction from start to completion. How visit to Perry's of Bletchley was Good, we visited Aston Clinton and Aylesbury but found that Bletchley was so much better, plus the salesman Tony Ashton was extremely helpful with a follow up phone call after a week to ask if we were happy with the car, I have dealt with the Bletchley depot before and feel very comfortable with there attitude to customer understanding

You did everything to sell me the car but the after sales has been disgusting six weeks and still the sat nav is not working and we have to wait until the 19th of june for the car to be see in your workshop the customer service is a joke I have been ignored and humiliated by one in particular he seems to get a kick out of acting like a child and a 20 minute check turned into a 2hour wait
