So so happy with my purchase from Belle Vue Vehicles. My old banger finally packed in and it was time for an upgrade. I first came across this lovely DS3 online, so enquired about a test drive. I can’t fault the service I’ve had from all the guys here. From my first enquiry through to purchase they were very helpful with any questions, I came back on different occasions for two test drives and they were so accommodating. The help I had sorting out my finance also was great. Really great service, thank you so much for making buying my first proper new car so easy! Not to mention I’m over the moon with the car itself, I was assured the car would be in prime condition when I would pick it up, and it really is. First time I've used Belle Vue Vehicles, buying process very easy from start to finish. salesman Graham very helpful & informative, even pointing our minor faults on the car which I would never notice myself. letting me test drive the vehicle before I made my mind up. Everything he told me when viewing the car, was followed through, car to be fully serviced, timing belt changed, service book fully stamped, full Mot. He even helped with taxing the car before leaving. The car was prepared to showroom standards, spotlessly clean inside and out. Anybody thinking of buying a used vehicle should try this place first.

Bought a Freelander 2 from Belle Vue yesterday, the whole process has been brilliant, couldn't fault them. The car has been prepared to a high standard. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a Mercedes. Unfortunately due to its position and the time of day couldn't take a test drive at the time, but BVV agreed to prepare the car on the strength of a small deposit. Due to the type of vehicle it took a little while to get prepped, but when I turned up to test drive it had been beautifully, and I mean beautifully prepared. Absolutely spotless, with everything I'd picked up at first viewing having been fixed and generally the car prepared to a standard I couldn't fault. I've bought many tens of used cars in the past and have never seen one prepared as well in 25 years. I choose to buy used cars not new as I just don't get excited about new cars, they leave me cold - but on this occasion the experience and level of preparation were every bit as good as I'd expect from a new car. Unfortunately, following the test drive the car wasn't for me - not the fault of BVV at all, in every way the car was superb; but I just didn't enjoy driving it. No idea why, as I've owned a hundred cars of all different makes and models and driven over a million miles in cars, vans, motorhomes, trucks - you name it. For some reason, me and the car just didn't 'click' on this occasion. BVV handled it brilliantly, and were very understanding. Although on this occasion things didn't work out, I would absolutely recommend BVV to anyone. I will have no hesitation at all in going back there next time I'm in the market for a car.

Purchased a F56 Cooper S back in June. The buying experience was great and staff were very acommodating and friendly. Absolutely love the car. Had an issue with wind noise from the passenger window and after 2 visits without it being fixed due to lack of road test they eventually booked in to BMW specialist and was perfect after the 3rd visit. Also had an issue with the horn but this was fixed all under warranty. after about 2 months I got the car up on a ramp at my workplace to have a good health check. The car came with 3 different brands of tyres. 2 Michelins and the others were proper budget brands. Although they were perfectly legal, I find it unacceptable to sell a car with 3 different mixed brands tyres on a 190HP hot hatch, 2 of which are bottom of the barrel budget brands. Also the front inner brake pads were on 2mm so I had to replace and fit these myself which cost me £200. At this point I had covered about 2K miles. No one should expect to buy a car from a dealership and expect to have their pads and discs changed after 2 months. I considered complaining about this but I don't expect them to say "sure we will fit 2 new OEM Michelins and brakes for you no problem" so I didn't bother. Also with the car being 5 years old I was not sure if a brake fluid change had been done in its life. I had a feeling it probably hasn't so I brought it in to work and went to perform one myself. The rear bleed nipples were terribly siezed and I risked damaging the rear calipers. The threads on one of them destroyed themselves however I was lucky that a technician at work is ex BMW so he had a spare in his toolbox. I bled all 4 corners to find the colour of the fluid was cloudy and brown. This confirms to me that a brakes fluid change has never been done. Now I could have bought the same car from BMW Mini but for £1500 more knowing that it would have been checked inside and out thorougly. Any outstanding service measures? This here was a good price though so I suppose you get what you pay for and I also appreciate that they are dealing with 15+ different brands of cars in stock which is not easy. The car is now where I want it to be after spending about £400 to get it perfect so I would say not a bad deal. 4/5

I saw the advert on the Auto Trader website. Went to view the car. I spoke to Graham about the car. The following day I test drove the car for about 20 minutes. After agreeing to buy the car, I was told it would be serviced, MOT done and all work done that I asked for after the test drive. On enquiring about the timing belt I was told I would only be charged for the parts to which I agreed. I picked up the car today. It was immaculate on collection and drove home great. The whole experience was perfect., No stress, no fuss. Really straightforward. There are some outstanding cars on the forecourt as well. Would highly recommend.

Love this garage so much we bought 2 cars in a week. It’s so hard to find a good honest garage who will go the extra mile for a customer, couldn’t believe my luck when we found Belle Vue, amazing service yet again, they really do help you, need to pop my new car in for something really small so they loaned me a courtesy car so I could get to work, so no disruption to my day. When it comes time to change my car I know which Garage I will be buying from. I think a few other Garages could learn such a lot from Belle Vue. Friendliest most helpful people you could ever wish to meet, bought a beautiful Mercedes however there wasnt a hand book with it, without hesitation Maz ordered a new one from Germany, we changed the registration and asked if they could arrange new number plates, again no problem all at no extra cost to us. Only good things to say about this garage got a lovely immaculate car very reasonably priced they even gave me trade in on my old car which to be honest was ready for car heaven. All the lads maz, graeme and mo looked after me extremely well with no hard sell. Just got my car from Bellevue, excellent service from start to finish. Got a brilliant price for my part exchange too. Just an update, had a minor problem after buying my car. Rang and explained the situation to Graeme and Maz and they bent over backwards to sort the issue for me. Had the issue sorted in a day, provided a courtesy car while the work was being done and were available at all times to explain timings and findings. Audi A6 Quattro Being trading in and buying cars for more than 25 years, this must be one if not the best experience. From my initial phone contact to the delivery of the car, the salesman and the manager have shown professionalism, honesty, politeness and very courteous customer service. Reply to emails and phone calls were prompt and helpful. Yes I bought a used car. From Day 1 it appeared to have a major problem (leaking fuel tank after it goes to half full), but indeed they did not know about it. When I returned with the car I received immediate attention. I needed to do 150 miles round trips and another 75 miles as the fault was not fixed first time. On the second time, and after offering plenty of apologies, I was given a courtesy car and was told to keep it until my car is fixed and tested. Not only that, but my car was fixed and delivered to me at my work address with a full tank of fuel. This is a no brainer, but from now I know where to get my next car from. Thank you very much Mo and Maz. Keep up the good work and good luck with the business.

Amazing service from Appletree, Car was serviced and MOT before i picked the car up. Had an issue with the car making some clicking noise when driving which only happen when the car was warmed up. Was driving me mad for almost 3 weeks. Called them up and drop the car off. Sorted it right away with out drama, they even found another minor fault with one of the pully in the car and fit it at no extra cost!
