M. D.We recently bought a second hand car from the dealership, the service was absolutely fantastic. The salesman was not pushy in any way and was really helpful from start to finish.
We did have a couple of slight issues with the vehicle when we picked it up but it was sorted immediately in a really professional way.
All of the staff we have dealt with have been so polite and helpful, nothing has been too much trouble for any of them.
We will definitely use the dealership again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Registered my interest in a vehicle I seen on website, Received tel call on the back of my interest from sales advisor Earl. Viewing and test drive arranged went very well without any sales pressure. Earl went through all options of purchase including part ex on my older vehicle. Sale soon agreed and paperwork completed in no time. Excellent process now in place re covid restrictions and everything completed in a matter of days. Earl also assisted in change of registration plate once relevant paperwork completed. All in all I could not fault the simple and hassle free process and a big thanks to Earl .

s. l.I was looking to change my Nissan Qashqai and BSM Newcastle had the ideal car. I had never had a Grandland X but was pleasantly surprised. The vehicle comes with great spec and I feel it is a better car than the Qashqai. The team at BSM Newcastle were brill. I was never forced into any sale or decision. The staff were friendly professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal on my vehicle which allowed me to get the car I wanted. The after service was great also. My vehicle had a few minor issues but these were rectified without question. This included a new battery as the Stop Start was not working. These are expensive so saved me in the long run. Very grateful.

G. R.I needed 2 pipes, 1from the matrix heater & 1 from the radiator. So for peace of mind,rather than go to a scrapyard to use from another car. I decided that it would be safer to get new from here. Staff very helpful in all depts. Got them to select the correct one from two variations. The other from the radiator is standard apparently. Bit costly but peace of mind guaranteed.
A. A.Warren is the man to see when you visit this dealership... After calling up and inquiring about a BMW vehicle I saw on the Bristol Street Motors website they referred me on to there dealership 'Vauxhall Newcastle' where the vehicle was located.
I was introduced to Warren on the sales team who went through everything I needed to know about the vehicle he answered all questions I had promptly and efficiently sent me a detailed video showing me the vehicles condition and all the features, he also emailed me all the specification in regards to the features standard and extra added on the vehicle.
I decided to go ahead with purchasing the vehicle. Warren then gave me the assurance that the vehicle would arrive to me in immaculate condition which when it did I noticed it was professionally cleaned, polished and valeted to a high standard.
The service provided by Bristol street motors and especially by Warren was fantastic. Warrens attitue from start to finish was professional and on point and made my purchasing experience easy, hassle free and enjoyable. L. M.We didn't have a very good experience here. They were £2500 dearer for a virtually identical car than Lookers down the road. I expect slight differences but they've lost our custom for good.

Was quoted a higher price but was nice to be charged far less as the oil change wasnt needed this year.

The diagnostic fee where applicable for random faults is a little steep though in my opinion but at least the mechanics readily diagnose faults, no upselling or hard sell. I can't fault the quality of workmanship and service provided.
