I Purchased a van a less than a week ago from Heddon Trade Centre. From calling to check it was still available and paying a deposit, I was able to collect the van in under 48hours. I dealt with both John and Andy throughout the sale who were both extremely helpful. I did encounter a problem within a day of purchase, but the minute I called to explain what happened the garage had someone out to my home literally in under 2 hours!! I was outstanded at the level of customer care. A temporary fix was sorted the same day until a new part could be sourced. Once the part in question had been delivered the staff called to advise me so I could drive over and have the minor repair done. Both John and Andy were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me! I was blown away by the level of customer service not only throughout the sale but as much, if not more after the purchase. I would not hesitate to use Heddon trade centre again and recommend to anyone!

Bought a van from here a couple of weeks ago, good selection of vans and great service. Had a problem with the back door of the van but had no problem getting it sorted. They were more than happy to take the van in and fix it. 100% would recommend.

Bought my iveco daily from here for work, recived a brilliant service from john and the lads when asking for advice on what was the best van suited for the job. No pushy salesmen, and had alot of selection. Good warranty and very reassuring to know if something goes wrong that they have no problem fixing It!
