We bought a used Mazda MX5 from Lloyd Mini Newcastle. We had great customer service from Ian Burrows, he sent me a personalised video showing the car, and was friendly and helpful when I went in for a test drive. He kept me informed throughout with how things were progressing, and followed this up the day after collection too. I was really happy with the deal and how the car was presented when we collected it. I would definitely buy again from Lloyd. We will be looking for a new BMW soon, and Lloyd’s will be where I’ll be starting my search 👏👏👏

After falling foul of a (recommended) mobile mechanic, who turned maniac and broke my kitchen window we ended the day with a car that still didn't work and CSI collecting blood samples and him being prosecuted 🙈🤬 So I needed a reliable garage to help me out and that's exactly what I got with Lloyd's! Within a day my car was fixed and even valeted 😃 and the ladies I spoke with were so helpful and even gave me a report I could use as evidence. When I really needed a professional service, I got it with Lloyd's and will be back in the future, I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ian Burrows has been fantastic from the very beginning. This was my first car that I was buying and was really unsure what I wanted and had lots of questions. Ian answered all of these questions and there was no pressure or hard selling. A few days after I picked up the car he rang to make sure everything was ok. I had a warning light on my dashboard and he drove to my workplace and checked the problem. Amazing customer service, I wouldn't recommend highly enough!!!

Long time MINI owners and long time patrons of Lloyd’s. We had a problem recently and it initially soured our experience with the team and I wrote a scathing review. I am now removing the review as they have rectified most of the issues and been very patient, polite and professional dealing with our torrent of complaints. It took a few visits to rectify but the staff were fantastic. They care about their customers, long after you walk out with your brand new MINI. They retained our custom and made us feel welcome even when we were unhappy and at odds.

Just to say how much I enjoyed collecting my new JCW convertible on Friday evening. Ian Burrows engaged with my husband and I from start to finish and I must say his level of customer service was exceptional. We find it’s the little things like keeping in touch, sending a surprise personal video presentation of the car which we then showed to our family. Collecting the car last night was brilliant with the handover culminating in the car being unveiled in a dedicated show area. Thank you to everyone for making us feel valued customers at all times. Outstanding customer service, BMW have spared no expense to ensure their are plenty of staff available from the moment you reach their front door. I did used to avoid this place as they were very pushy and arrogant. Well that’s in the past now and never to be said again. I am looking forward to my next visit.
