From start to finish the service provided Gary and his colleague Michael was first-class. The initial information about the car provided by the sales team was helpful and clear. The sales process including a trade-in was efficient and straight-forward. With the showroom open on Sunday, it was really convenient to view and test drive the car. The car itself was immaculately presented and drove beautifully. Dealing with Gary to complete the transaction was very smooth and professional. I think this is one of those rare occasions when I can say, it was a real pleasure doing business with Lookers Premium and Gary in particular.

What can I say ........a pleasure to deal with , right from the start . Was greeted by Thomas who took the purchase right to the very end , not only himself but the whole team are some of the best I have ever dealt with ,a nice test drive by myself only confirmed how I felt the first time I sat in the 5 series .....sold .....returned a few days later to collect , and was surprised by the ‘ reveal ‘ , a nice touch I had never had the pleasure of doing even though have purchased much more expensive cars from franchised dealers. Fantastic professional service, great team to do business with, lovely calm and aesthetic environment, if your a petrol head and have a genuine interest in specific performance cars then there’s a beautiful scenery of prestige cars to admire over a coffee. My particular experience buying a car from Lookers Premium, I will hand on heart… never forget, as my car was ultimately the best looking car there in my eyes, I dealt with Thomas whom was very knowledgable in his way for a youngster and simply made the the whole experience so easy to carry out. Having checked out this particular car price elsewhere for many weeks, for the model I bought, Lookers simply had the best, mileage was very low and condition of vehicle was excellent and spec was exactly as I wanted. I travelled almost 380 miles to collect this car, 14hour round trip…even though I had the option to have it delivered, I simply wanted the showroom experience and personal face to face interaction on receiving the car in the best possible way, Wow did it work.. the look on my face in the way they un-vail the car is overwhelming. I would certainly and confidently recommend buying a vehicle from them, as mentioned the sales guy Thomas is a great guy..I’d like to say I would do it all over again but it’s going to be in around 10 years time! when I may be bored, I may have a cheeky buy in-between for the misses though, best of luck for you potential buyers out there!
