It's been two weeks since I bought my Ford Focus Zetec S and I can honestly say it's been one of my best experiences to date. Superb service from Michael and the team, the stock is very competitively priced with a wide range of vehicles to suit all budgets and preferences, and there's no hard sell or pressure to buy - their cars really do sell themselves. My vehicle has full service history, but it was serviced again, valeted and MOT'd before I picked it up (including clearing any advisories - in this case a couple of new tyres). It was also sold with a warranty and breakdown cover as standard for extra piece of mind, and the aftersales support has been second-to-none; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Visited Newcastle Car Sales looking to purchase a car that suited my lifestyle and budget. I was dealt with by Michael who was so helpful and took the time to listen to what i wanted. As a result i have just bought a lovely Clio and i am so happy with it. Would definitely recommend Newcastle Car Sales especially for the quality customer service and professional standards.

Bought a saloon from here and the entire process was great. Michael was spot on to deal with, and let me take the car to my mechanic. I even got a lift home when I first visited. After I bought the car a sensor went causing the glow plug light to flash. I gave Michael a ring and he got it booked into the garage that sorts the MOT and service straight away and the warranty covered it. Very happy with the purchase

Great service, really helpful staff. Got a honest price for my car with no hassle and traded my car with no problems. Picked up my new car which was gleaming. It’s hard to recommend a car sales business as most are pushy or just want a sale but I’d recommend these guys.

I'm sad to say that my purchase with Newcastle Car Sales has not changed my opinion of car salesmen. My car developed a fault with the ABS and traction control on day of delivery, and the brakes are still juddering when I brake {brakes were supposed to be sorted with the MOT} (they will have to use the warranty to sort this … but I have to waste my fuel taking the vehicle back to the dealer who will then take it to the mechanic) … so don't believe the "no advisories on the MOT" story. The free year's roadside assistance that comes with the AA warranty is only good for one callout ¼ miles from your home. The AA confirmed that I was supposed to get a brochure about this but I didn't (AA were very helpful when I rang them).

Absolutely Superb. Spoke to a nice fella. Who helped me amensily. Was given a very descriptive talk through of the vehicle. Car was exactly as described on collection if not better to be honest. Very easy process from start to finish. Would defo use again. Great service Great staff Great car. Thank you.
