Recently purchased a BMW 116D from Sansom’s Specialist Cars, from first contacting to query to finally collecting my car yesterday the customer service was exceptional, they were patient with me while I organised things my end, they listened to exactly what i wanted and needed which gave me the overall feeling they cared about me and wasn't just another customer to them.
