Very Efficient, from booking to the issue being resolved. Good clear communication by knowledgeable and helpful staff, including a vehicle health check report provided following the repair. I was struck by the cleanliness of the dealership, even the workshop, where’s all the grease gone? The waiting area is comfortable, the vending machine coffee is even drinkable. It’s as expected, maybe a little more as it’s done well.

Special mention must go to Mattew Lane in the sales office for his thoroughness and professionalism in all dealings Would not hesitate to recommend them for your next Volvo I should mention that they are not local to me but I am happy to make the 450 mile round trip journey to be dealt with in such a special and professional manner

An £800 bill, but obviously not enough for the car to get washed afterwards, and I had to ask for the towing ring to be removed and put back in the boot (I didn't know what it was). Little (and easy, inexpensive) things, but which make the difference. Three stars (not two) since the staff were great, and I felt the service was good with the regular feedback whilst the car was in the workshop, but I left feeling disappointed.

I’ve used Stoneacre for recall and repair work for my Polestar 2 (owned by the same company that owns Volvo). The service team at Stoneacre have always been superb with me even though they don’t sell the Polestar and I didn’t buy the vehicle from them. The service manager, Paul Trainor, always keeps me updated and during covid picked up and delivered the car from my home. The wider service team are always very helpful and they are always transparent about what the problem is.

I was in the market for a used XC90 and having performed a national search I narrowed it down to 3 dealers which also included Newcastle. I called each of them asking what deal they could do for me. The other two promised to call back but never did, whereas Matthew Lane from the Newcastle branch came back to me within 5 minutes and offered a great deal including delivery to London. I proceeded to order accessories and to my surprise Matthew advised me that one of the accessories is already present in the car and suggested I save myself some money instead. The car arrived on the day that was agreed but had a couple of issues. Volvo Newcastle arranged for a garage local to me to address those issues and I am now in possession of a fantastic car that I got for a great price. When I’m in the market for a replacement the Newcastle branch is going to be my first point of call.

Just wanted to have a go in an S90 with pilot assist while not in a position to be buying a car... The guys here were brilliant, really friendly, took me out in the car and let me play and experience the autonomous driving with no question or complaint or threat of a sale. Highly recommended, very nice staff in the parts department,,, A lot cheaper anywhere for parts, saved me a lot of money 💰 very fast delivery 📦 even told me my 2011 XC60 D5 has a recall for the auxiliary belt to be done ✅ happy days. Unfortunately I live in Rochdale, so I had to take the car 🚗 to my Volvo dealership in bury... two day job to change the auxiliary belt, 😖 God i wished that I lived in Newcastle,, would of been done in two hours and not two days,,!

Excellent service, went in looking at used. Greeted immediately and got sat down with a cup of tea, Paul Stafford stayed serval hours after closing to help me work out the right car. Offered several test drives and options. However they didn't have the right cat in stock. Unfortunately I went to warrington, which had the car (no extras like servicing included), and awful service. Newcastle's prices are excellent when you consider what is included. I would whole heartedly reccomend this dealership. If I ever get another Volvo, I will come here
