Sometimes things moved towards you automatically and that's the case happened with me in Honda CR-V. Economical with good leg room space and comfortable. Nice staff, Daniel who looked after throughout the whole process. It's nicer to have one person from sales to handover rather then multiple people could cause delay/interruption/unpleasant. Further, I found his honest in the process rather than typical salesman who just care about sales and nothing else and gives wrong impression to the customer about company.

Highly recommend this dealership! They treat you with respect and they aren't in a rush to get a sale. Before I discovered this place, I’d been put off going to dealerships or car show rooms. For about a year, on and off I’d popped into dealerships to have a look around etc. But every time I’d feel uncomfortable and felt like I was being cornered into buying something I didn’t want, and they weren’t interested in looking at what was best for me as an individual. Just trying to sign me up on a finance deal with anything extra I didn’t need added to the price. So then I decided to look at used cars and came across franchise car show rooms, that take all your details and then try to cold call you a few times to see if you want to buy a car from them. Finally came across a used car online at Newcastle Honda, I was a bit sceptical but decided to call them because of their outstanding google reviews. Booked a viewing with Sean Barclay. Went along to view the car and I have to say it was a delightful experience. Sean was down to earth, treated me with respect and didn’t mind making me a few hot drinks throughout the whole viewing. Great car, great condition, low mileage and still under warranty. They even offered me a fantastic price, drive away insurance and cleaned the car up for me. On collection day they picked me up from the Train station and fuelled up the car for me as well, just peace of mind. It all just felt genuine (no smokes and mirrors) and to be honest they’ve won me over, will be returning here for all my future purchases and have recommended them to everyone I know. Highly recommend this place if you’re looked for new or used cars.

Called into Newcastle Honda after seeing a Honda Civic Diesel for sale on their website and made an enquiry about purchasing while part exchanging my Insignia. The insignia had some superficial damage to it which was noted but fairly priced up in exchange value too. well enough to make the finance on the new Civic I ended up buying more affordable. :) The dealership was clean and tidy, taking excellent precautions towards customer safety, especially in the ongoing pandemic. The salesman, John was incredibly friendly and accommodating to mine and my family needs, giving a good explanation of the features of the car along with allowing a no rush test drive, where I put the Civic through its paces. upon returning, I was presented with sales figures and a very affordable finance option. Once signed off, the car was ready for collection within a few days. John was great here too as he came in on his non-working day to complete the sign off (This day was the only day I'd be available for collecting). After sales care has been great, I've had follow on calls to make sure the car is still what I wanted, as well as plenty of offers for advice and assistance with the cars many features. I would definitely recommend Newcastle Honda for future purchases, will be a while before I return for a new car, but this will be first on the list off places to go when I do.

Was initially very impressed with adherence to current infection prevention and control guidance as my keys were cleaned as soon as handed over, and then placed in a bag to prevent contact. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and I was sent a video of the visual inspection of my car, highlighting issues so I was able to see on the car itself. Overall was very satisfied, would recommend highly to any Honda owner needing a service and will return next year.

Our car had a very doggy indicator on during the trip and we wouldn't dare risking a four-hour drive back home, so we called to have the car checked. The service line was very friendly and agreed to check our car in a short noticed, but also warned us that if they have to order parts, the car won't be ready for 2-3 days. It took about an hour to figure out the problem, and lucky us it turned out to be a minor fault. It took another hour to have it fixed. The waiting room was very comfortable with drinks, biscuits and free WiFi. They even washed the car before handing the car back to us. Everything just ran smoothly, everyone seems to know what they are doing, and they explained the whole situation very well. Thanks to their efficiency, our journey was not delayed too long.

I didn’t really know what to expect of Vertu Honda as I am not from Newcastle and travelled from Bradford to buy my car. I could not fault the service. Got refreshments as soon as we arrived and Sean Barclay who dealt with our sale was efficient polite and a pleasure to deal with. Before I went for the car I asked quite a lot of questions and Sean answered back straight away by email. There were bits of the tyre maintenance kit missing which I didn’t notice until I got home. Bought a second-hand Jazz from Vertu. Overall I was very happy with the process. John Walker was the Sales Executive who dealt with the sale and he did a great job - very friendly, efficient and processed the sale with the minimum of hassle. The price of second hand cars here may be slightly higher than you would pay elsewhere (and there seems to be minimal scope to negotiate on price), but the service is excellent and the cars come with full honda warranty.

We received our new Honda Civic today from the motorbility scheme. When we called in to your Newcastle branch we met Sean and his customer service was outstanding! We had our disabled 3 year old and our 6 month old baby with us and our experience was exceptional. Sean went out of his way to ensure we were happy while we were there. He provided me with a little spoon so I could feed the baby and because it was our 3 year olds birthday he very kindly gifted him and the baby with little Honda teddy bears and some biscuits. It's the little things like that which make for a good experience! Especially after having a not so good one with a previous car dealer where we were made to feel pressured in to choosing a car we didn't want. Once all the paperwork was finished we went home with a smile on our faces and looking forward to our new car. We had a couple of hiccups from motorbility being behind schedule and Honda delivering the wrong car. Sean kept us up to date and couldn't apologise enough, despite it being out of his control. We received the call to say our car was ready and the next day we went to collect it. Sean very kindly talked us through all the controls and where everything was and sent us on our way with a full tank of fuel and a smile on our faces! We were shown to the waiting area where we were greeted by a smart chap, Sean Barclay, he had a quick word with us asking why we had chosen this car? He said it was a good choice, he had it brought to the front of the showroom where he let us look around it in our own time, we then went for a test drive, the deal was then done, he said I could pick it up the following day but this was not possible due to my work commitments so he delivered it to my home address, we could not fault him and Vertu for helping us buy our new pride and joy.
