Fab bunch, super friendly family run auction house full of dream vehicles, and for all budgets. I've never bought a car by auction before, but had some helpful advice ahead of time and so pleased I was able to drive away a monstrous green Frankenstein moggy! It needs some work but got a big thumbs up from a local garage in Tyne on Wear before I drove it safely home to Edinburgh! This car is a real learning experience and WB & sons have been really helpful with answering my ongoing questions which I really appreciate! (I love the helpful videos of the vehicles up for auction too, see Ruby's picks for the best ones 😁)

I sold my 2000 Mini Cooper through WB & Sons in June 2022 & I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The car was beautifully presented and went on to achieve a good price at auction. WB is a friendly, enthusiastic and professional company and we are extremely fortunate to have them here in the northeast of England. And their fees are reasonable too. Keep up the great work guys and don't change a thing!

W & B have just auctioned six vehicles from my collection and I am hugely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. The presentation of the vehicles was so impressive I considered withdrawing and keeping some of them - only my wife stopped me! Excellent auction centre and highly recommended if you want to sell your car without hassle and with very reasonable fees. They sold a 2018 car for me and I had reservations whether it would sell as they are a mainly classic car auction but it sold no problem - these guys can sell anything! Very genuine, honest and transparent guys to deal with excellent communication from James at every step of the way and fast payment….cheers James! Fantastic new auction house. I’m a trader and go to them all. Bought a lovely old Volvo online from the detailed walk-around video. When I called to ask about how to get from the train-station to them to collect my lot, they offered to pick me up! Amazing service. Then on the day, when I called, I was told they were too busy, simply get a cab, and we’ll pay. I was thrust a £20 for a £15 fare! I’ve never had service like that. Top drawer.

Went to an open day here and got my eye on my dream car, a Triumph GT6! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the guide price was within my price bracket. I went to the auction the following week and won the car. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole experience very simple and enjoyable! It's a family run business and they all stop and chat. I recommend going to the open days and seeing the cars in the flesh but if you can't, the walk around videos are honest and great to judge the condition. The guide prices are spot on and can really pick up a bargain!
