Absolutely superb service! Just purchased our Mondeo from this fab new business. Customer service was spot on from the moment we stepped foot in the forecourt. After a lovely greeting we were left to look at the selection of cars on show at our own pace. We had already chose a car via the Internet so headed straight for that one. My husband then asked if we could view it and the keys were given and again we were left to look over the car at our leisure. When we decided we wanted it we were talked through the whole process and everything was clearly explained in an immaculate office. Finance terms were detailed and extremely efficient and the whole process was clear. All in all we had a great deal, love our car, the staff were first class and it was refreshing to not encounter a whiff of pushy sales people, it was all very relaxed and I am definitely recommending them and wish them all the very best for this local new business.

Just sold our Merc to Autovenue. V pleasant experience and restores my faith in car dealers after a disgraceful experience with Manheim. Ben was straightforward and honest and didn't try to muck us around. Alan came to inspect the car, we took it for a test drive and the difference between him and the Manheim rep was night and day. He rightly described the car as being in excellent condition and a v comfortable drive. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to have done business with these guys. The non pushy sales approach is definitely a winner with me. I knew they were right there if we needed them but they held back and let us look at leisure and were enthusiastic and attentive when approached. The pricing was clear, the extended warrantee wasn't forced on me and the holding deposit was fair. I'm thrilled with my new car, it's not thrown up any nasty surprises and runs like a dream.
