Had fantastic service twice now with an on/off issue with my car. They will take the time to look for the cause of a problem before just ripping the car apart and adding new parts (unless needed of course). They explain the work carried out and why extra work/parts may be needed. They know how to interact with the customer, and set high standards on all levels 👌

Superb serve and communication. I called the garage to arrange to have 2 tyres fitted to a Mini. I was moving from Portishead near Bristol to Cowes and knew nothing of this garage other than its location within Newport. The tyres were fitted within an hour and I was called to inform me that the car was ready for collection. Thanks to Michael and the guys for looking after me : ) I will go back when I need 2 more tyres.

I've used this garage for quite a few years now and I've always found them to be honest and friendly. I had a door lock fail on my Mercedes A class a few years ago and the main dealer was going to charge over £350 to repair it. Fairlee did it for less than £100 and far quicker than the main dealer could. Flawless repair. I've used them ever since.

I've Used Fairlee Service Station a few times now and I have to say that slogan of theirs on local radio holds true - "We'll fit you in". I've always found them friendly, not at all pushy and always doing their best to offer a good and fair service to someone like me who just wants to keep their modest set of wheels going for as long as reasonably possible at reasonable cost. On two separate occasions I had to leave my car there and was offered a courtesy car to use - nothing fancy but it got me about - I didn't have to ask. That was helpful.

Friendly, professional and timely repair to my Audi. 1st day on our weeks holiday, the air conditioning went completely on my car. Very hot week with a young family with me. Phoned up late to their closing time on the Tuesday, I was asking to bring the car in first thing the next day (which impressed me straight away) The fault ended up being a major one, but the team at Fairlee Service Station tried everything to keep the inevitable cost down for me first rather than going in at the deep end. This showed me they are a trustworthy garage, with regular phone calls on progress updates. The repair works fantastic, done as quickly as parts deliverys would allow them. I was so happy I found them to do the work for me. Highly recommended! 5*

Fairlee Service Station have cared for our fleet of 10 commercial vehicles for the last three years. Fairlee always provides a quick response to any issue with a vehicle and will always endeavour to have any issues quickly repaired at a very competitive cost. They provide us with a loan vehicle while working on ours so we can keep our business operational - this is something that is hard to achieve from a main dealer. They have collected vehicles in their own time for MOT or services, vehicles can then be collected outside of opening hours, by arrangement the keys can be left at the filling station which means collections can take place at our leisure. They also provide us with a credit account. The flexibility that they offer is second to none from a tyre to a clutch they will make it happen often at short notice. Simon and Steve are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff at Fairlee are polite and knowledgeable and will always engage and explain what works have been carried out or explain any faults thoroughly. Fairlee can be assured that I will always promote and support them.
